    I received a $20 gift card as a promotional incentive. I've never been able to use it; every time I tried, the card was declined, so I FINALLY got around to calling the # on the back of the card. I was told it was 'not active', and they didn't have a phone #, only an email address. I found their website by ******** their email, but this is just WAY too much trouble and very scammy to be legit.

The phone number on the back of the card is our *********** customer service line and our agents correctly provided the information of the status of this incentive. We provide gift cards cards directly to companies who then have control of activating their own incentives as needed. It appears this system failed you in the convenience aspect of this product as this incentive was not activated prior to distribution. Our team will be contacting you to provide a resolution this.
