It all started with Roofcrafters, the company that installed my roof shingles in September of 2018. A year later my roof started to leak, they came and repair but my roof kept leaking .In May of this year 2021 they said I had to file a claim with GAF, since the warranty was with them. I have been dealing with GAF since July of this year with no results. They sent a gentleman by the name of EXCEL FIELDS from TWO BROTHERS ROOFING to inspect the roof. He said that the roof was in bad shape and that he would forward the report to GAF. I recieved a a call from a ***** from the company telling me that they was working on the deal and that they would have someone from TWO BROTHERS to repair my roof, no one showed up or called, I kept calling and got a lot of excuses. I went on line and saw that they put in that the work was completed and the claim was closed I called and told them that no work was done, ***** said she knew it, it was a mistake, it is OCTOBER, nothing has been doneBusiness response

This is being written in response to BBB Complaint ID # ********.
GAF is in receipt of the inspection report from the roofing contractor. There are some discrepancies in the report that we require clarification on. We have requested this information from the contractor who performed the rooftop inspection. We expect to receive same shortly and will actively pursue the information required to move this claim forward.
