      I honestly dont know what to say anymore. EveryoneI worked with was helpful, but again I was left unhappy. I truly dont understand why Honda has to make it so difficult for someone struggling with car payments because it is to high, and I said I never want to go back to Honda because I am always left disappointed. Now I just feel worse and then they dont even look at you as you leave the dealer. I truly wish I could get the money I put down on my current HR-V and my Corolla back. I never thought it be this difficult and I was willing to go along with the offer that I was almost given. I am incredibly disappointed and this will be my last time I set foot in a Honda Dealer. I was a little excited, but still had doubts because something told me, this was not going to end well. I am very unhappy, very stressed, and I know they are still trying to help me, but I thought the customer was one of the most important. I am again, very disappointed and not sure what to expect anymore. They need to stop making it so hard for a customer to attain a car they would like. I left very unhappy today and Honda seems to have the absolute worst banks, because they want their money how they see fit and dont really care about your situation. I also wont ever forget the two courtesy calls I got, Honda asking me, what would I like them to do for me? I was just left disappointed.

      The worse Honda dealer in Bergen county,the people are very rude to the customer including the manager name ro and the service advisor *************************, Monday morning I drop my car there,they say they will do the estimate Monday,but they didn't,I called on Tuesday again ,they were not happy, and they waiting for the insurance company to send people to go there to approve the estimate,and will start to fix the car, Thursday morning they approved the estimate, but they didn't start fix it,I keep calling them ,but the service advisor doesn't want to talk to me, he was angry on me, he want the insurance company to send the paperwork, after they received the paperwork,they still not start fix my car, Friday morning I call them again, the girls pick up the phone is very nice,she helped me and she told me the they don't have the part ,they waiting on the part,but when they do the estimate they say to me thwy have the part, they are keeping me waiting and I got no response, terrible week on make call to them. afternoon i call them to pickbup my car since they don't haveb the part,now they calling on me back,say they fix the car now, when I go to pick up my car,I give the coupon I printed on there website, *** ask the manager,thevmanager he is very rude at me,say no coupons for me,because I was go with insurance,that is very bad bad bad service,very bad attitude from the manager, if no just say no, don't get mad on customer ,we are spent money here ,not thing is free here.be nice.and I'm going to pay with my credit card, they charged me extra 3% which I have to pay extra $66 without knowing me, then I tell him I want pay part in cash,they don't want to cancel the credit card, they don't want me to pay cash. And I check with other dealer garden state Honda is very expensive than other honda
