On 8/18/2024 I pur*****d furniture from the above location. I dealt with a Sales Rep named Rex who was professional. I ordered a dining from set for $450 & a living room set from $1,300. With taxes and delivery my total was $1,900. I used two cards and split the payments in half. During my transaction I gave the sales Rep, the measurements of my door as well as pictures and video's of my home. He advised me the furniture would fit no issues. On 8/23/24 I recieved a texted advising me my delivery date is set for 8/24/2024. On that date they assembled the dining room set no issue. They moved onto the Sofa which they were having trouble with. Due to them damaging my door frame I advised them what is the next solution. They attempted to go up the steps with the furniture with negative results. One of the delivery men states they can disassemble the sofa for a small fee of $300. I advised him that was not the agreement. I contacted the store and spoke with Edward who advised me they can disassemble the sofa for $150. I advised him what the delivery man stated. They began talking spanish and said it was $300. I advised them to take the sofa back which they damaged. I then contacted the store back and spoke with Edward who advised me the manager Mo will call me back. I spoke with Mo who was very unprofessional who advised he will call me back. Which he never did. I kept calling with negative results. On 8/25/24 I spoke with Rex and demanded a refund, he advised me Mo is currently not in he will call me back. I kept calling with negative results. I contacted my bank ***** and Credit Union to dispute my charges, due to the fact, I do not have a Sofa, they damaged the Sofa, damaged my door frame and were very unprofessional. ***** advised me they are disputing $500 due to the fact, I recieved the dining room set. Credit Union advised me they are disputing $804 due to the fact they are Deducting the Delivery fee and taxes. I am currently out of $1,304 as my banks Investigates.
