    I buy gold and silver because I think our country is heading for a financial collapse. But sometimes I have difficulty communicating with salespeople because I ask a lot of questions and I don't like to be rushed. Recently, I bought some silver here and I dealt with, "*********". All my questions were patiently answered. It was a pleasant buying (and learning) experience.

    Ive always had a passion for silver and gold, but Ive been overpriced and dealt with extremely untrustworthy people who cared more about their sale than what I was actually looking for. I often felt harassed and pushed until I agreed to something I wasnt even sure I wanted, which turned me off from the whole industry, even though I missed it as a beautiful hobby. Then I found the Millstone Mint, a family-owned and operated business, which immediately intrigued me. Not only did I finally get gold, something I thought I could never afford, as I usually stick to silver, but they gave it to me at a price I never thought existed. I guess I was used to always being overpriced. Ive purchased from them twice now; the first time, I spoke with ****, and then the owner ********* personally reached out to welcome me and introduce herself, which made me feel truly valued. They have a precious motto, that I cant remember but basically saying Im part of their family, and I truly feel that way. Ill never go anywhere else. Highly recommend the Millstone Mint for anyone looking to invest with a trustworthy, client-focused company.

    Ive done business with Millstone over the past few years and my experience has been nothing short of spectacular!! Whenever I call in, and ask a million different questions about coins and whats going on in the market, Im always given a straight forward answer and provided with an honest explanation. One of the best companies Ive worked with when dealing with precious metals.

    Well if you want to be called every name you can think of and have them just use a previous purchase credit card without permission this is the company for you. And constantly harassed with phone calls every 10 minutes.

    Was contacted by phone (I have done business before with this company); however, I was in an area/situation where I could not discuss the salesman pitch. He stated that wanted to sell me 20 rolls of coins, and I told him no. Then, he reduced the quantity to 5 rolls, again no. I avoided a hang-up due to the situation I was in. Then he said something like alright only one roll. I am sure I gave him another no. He claimed I agreed with one roll. This happened on Friday - on Monday I saw a charge on my credit card. I told him to cancel immediately - he turned to name-calling saying I had no *****.

    ********************, I apologize for the confusion. After hearing the calls, you had mentioned that you did want to complete an order, which was on a Friday and advised us to not charge your payment method that you fully provided we charge on Monday. We are family owned and operated, my last concern is on quick sale, my main concern is complying with your wishes, as we strive to show all or our clients that "WE WORK FOR YOU, YOU DO NOT WORK FOR US!".Now, as your wishes, we did process on Monday. You called immediately on Monday, I am assuming with a change of heart, so we refunded you immediately. If you are not satisfied, I never want you to keep, regardless of the reasoning - the point is, our job is to make you happy, not stressed. Since we did not even call to try to convince you to keep the order you no longer preferred, (we don't work in that sense), and we let you know it was indeed refunded immediately, you then immediately disputed this charge with your card. This leaves you with both the funds of our refund and the temporarily credit from your card. Since we did refund you, you would lose per the fraudulent act of possessing both your temporary credit from you card and our full refund, will lose this chargeback, but the best part is, you will still receive the initial refund that we personally and immediately processed against your card, as your card will see this. We are not one of these over-priced large corporations, we are family owned and operated and will go above and beyond for all of our clients no matter how big or small the name is. We offer free discounts, gits, raffles for free which you win apparel, free gold, silver, etc, Just to show our loyalty.I did contact ***************************** in order to let him know that we followed his instructions, and ******** we did, the post he put up on the BBB falsify some significant accusations what did not occur, not to his fault, most like due to miscommunication. The aftermath is what was skeptical.We do not associate with any other company, our coins are sold to our clients at the most honorable price points, not overpriced like most other companies because, as I mentioned, I don't believe in a quick sales. I want you to be so elated with our quality and pricing that you become a loyal client and that is why I multiple your free gifts, discounts, and raffle perks even more.******************** was reached out directly by me. I made it clear this was not a bride, but I do realize with our thousands of loyal clients that are extremely reputation, which is why this one star review, we are still in a A status. I'm assuming this is due to the volume of sales we deal with and only one bad complaint, which should have never even have come to a bad review! I know how important the bbb is - even one bad review will deter clients.I reached out to the client, assuring him, this was NOT a bribe, but if he removes his negative review, as we had allowed all instructions by him, including the immediate refund, I would send him the roll he was refunded due to not being ready at the time, for ZERO charge, just a token of my appreciation. I can tell you, I don't know of any company that would do that to a client that has jeopardized our credibility with holes in the story, as well as a fraudulent dispute, which he would be double credited, and I will will do this.I know I deal with many different companies, the client service they provide, as misunderstandings and mistakes do happen, although if the client service provided can resolve these issues for me, I will do this immediately.. my clients are my family, my first concern. Most companies do not work in this way, unfortunately. I can't speak from all, but from past experience. these only care out one sale and lot longevity filed with integrityand client trust. This is the opposite of our family-owned company with The Millstone Mint.. If I loose a sale, and we loose money, but this is the client's wisshes, i don't lose intergrity within myself or my clientsl This is what I strive for. His is due to the unforunate case, that most big corps dont care abhout the client, but more of the sale. If we loose money, but do not lose our intergrity, that is what we strive for.Although this client has not responded since, if he did, I would still offer the same as previous. My client list is full, as I would also take him onto my cliente, as well, so he will always receive top notch service. And if d decide to remove, this as gratitude, the roll in question will be sent a free gift of gratitude (I have old options as well). Now in terms of the broker saying the client said "had no balls", I don't want to reiterate his actual response, but it was definitely not as harsh or offensive, although I don't think it was appropriate regardless. Once I was made aware, this broker has been on a 3 week no pay leave, as I don't tolerate this. In addition, a 3 month probationary period upon return to ensure nothing of this sort is repeated. If it does, which I highly double, a permanent firing will be occurring.I will be having our clients put in reviews, so that the bbb,org even though we still have an A plus ratings, clients looking up will see the hundreds of praises vs this one negative that was misundestood from the start.In the meantime, we are located in Millstone, ** where they ae more houses and deal than people - just the way we like it! We are true Americans that for praying for the future we hope to come.When clients work with the Millstone Family, you are treated as Millstone Family Member. We refer to you as a "Millstone Mint Family Member"!******, if you would like to reach out, you have my number, but as above you, can see this was a misunderstanding that *** possible have a negative impact on my entire business, even though you were immediately refund, in terms or new clients - this will not affect our currently clientele that we treat like gold, as all as all other clients that have joined our Millstone Mint family! My fear is new clients that are not familiar with our above and beyond client practices. We are located in *******************, where there are more horses and deer than people. We are NOT associated with any other companies, as we do not appreciate how most must conduct business, and our goal is YOU not US. and if we make YOU happy, that will we have no doubt make you a loyal client, which is enough of a huge compliment on our part!If you would like your free silver roll (or golf) a as a gratitude of our appreciation, we will comply if you can take this down.In years, you were the first ever complain, and due to the volume of clientele, we are still an A rating, but I don't even one negative review if I know for a fact I can fix it and make you 20x appreciation
