    I am a HVAC Contractor. This was my first time installing one of their units. I attempted to get assistance with product registration. No matter which department I called, even technical support, nobody would answer their phone. All you get is a voicemail and told to go online. At no time in my career have i had an hvac company that does not answer a phone to give assistance no matter which department you called. This is not the way for a company of this size. As the unit is m not fully installed yet I will be taking it back for a brand whose customer service I can trust!

    ******, unfortunately, I have to say that your statement that Technical Support did not answer their phone is completely and utterly untrue. We are a 8 to 8 department, with telephone coverage at those times. Also note, that *********************** is not Technical Support. If you would like to register a unit, you would need to scan in the particulars (receipts, distr. invoice, etc.) and that is something that Registration cannot do for you over the phone.Please limit your comments to the departments you have had a disagreement with, as previously stated Tech Support is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and WE DO ANSWER OUR PHONES all the time.

    I bought a 2 ducted heat pump model# AOU24RGLX and model # AOUG36LMAS1 because mass save recommended a heat pump well let me tell you we are. It happy .. it is suppose to be energy efficient and my last electricity bill for this past month was $939 what the heck gave me a heart attack idk if there is something wrong with there system but this thermostat that they provided is not worth it at all please contact me asap not a happy customer at all $32,000 later??????????

    Had a fujitsu mini split installed 4 years ago, so it is still under warranty and its crapped out. Apparently a warranty doesnt guarantee a fix. They shop the work to local contractors and if no one takes it, then apparently it doesnt get done.

    Mini split installed by ********* in October 2020. Summer 2023 refrigerant leak. No response to my emails to Fujitsu that included the ********* service bill, $187.66 for the refrigerant, system charging, leak dye placement and the purchase invoice along with the serial number and model number. I am facing about a $500 future charge for ********* to come back out to investigate the location of the leak from the dye injection. sn tvp003918; model # AOUG12LMAS1 I do not at this point recommend Fujitsu number one for product integrity and and the same time their non-existent customer service. ********************* ********** **.

    Please note that no technician has ever called about this unit to troubleshoot with a Fujitsu Technician. As such, we cannot offer any troubleshooting. Please have a tech call in as if he is adding refrigerant, you must have a leak that needs to be troubleshot. The only question we have is the homeowner. Do not know who your tech was speaking to.

    My Fujitsu unit runs extremely loud, much louder than any unit I have seen. As a part of their warranty, Fujitsu recommends replacing one part at a time, trying to wear you down with expensive repair bills instead of providing a replacement product that works as it should.

    If I could put down zero Stars I would put that down. I had a mini split Fujitsu installed 5 years ago and 5 days ago it stopped working. The company that installed it came out and tore everything apart and told me it needed $2,600 worth of new parts. Fortunately I had a warranty plan so it's only going to cost me $959. I even had a maintenance package where techs came out twice a year and serviced it. It will be 14 days before I see the service people again with the new parts.
