              I was charged $307.17 on February 2 for a years subscription to the Press of Atlantic City. I called the billing department on February 6 to reduce my rate and was told that I would receive a credit in the full amount and get 6 months free and thereafter would be billed at 4.99 a month. I have yet to receive a credit on my charge. I have called two times to follow up. On February 19, I was told it could take up to 10 business days. I requested to have someone follow up with me. On February 23, after still having not received the credit nor having had someone follow up with me, I called back and was told the credit could take 4-6 weeks!This company has my money and is holding on to it after having promised me a refund. I wanted this matter resolved promptly. Their method of doing business is unethical.

              March 7, 2023 I renewed having the The Press of AC sent to me. I paid for a year. After 6 months I received a letter that my newspaper subscription was up. I called to discuss that I had a 1 year subscription. I was told that they dont have 1 year subscriptions any more. I said thats what I paid for. Representative agreed but kept talking about there deals to get a paper. When I ordered the paper for a year I wasnt told that it would only be delivered 3 days a week. I told the representative that this was fraudulent. No response just kept trying to sell a 6th month subscription that I already paid for. About 3 weeks ago I called back again to discuss the issue. I was told that someone would look into this problem and email me a response. I havent heard from anyone.
