      My whole detailed complaint will not fit but stay away from Honda if you can!On the *********** my 2019 Honda CR-V with only about ****** miles started decelerating and dashboard warnings started displaying on dashboard, emission system problem, lane departure problem, high beam light problem, etc. and the car started making a loud rattling noise after putting gas. I managed thankfully safely and quickly to pulled over to the emergency lane on the right because there were no cars behind me. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETLY HAZARD FOR DRIVER AND PASSANGERS!!!!!! Had to pay for a tow to get me off the turnpike since AAA is not allowed on the Turnpike. AAA then came and picked up the vehicle and dropped it off at Route 23 Honda where they did a took a looked at the vehicle. I am currently obviously under milage and still within the 5-year powertrain warranty. But my service advisor at Honda is trying to say that because it had an aftermarket filter, which my oil changes were done at Valvoline, it voids out the warranty. I have never heard such a thing. He asked if I could provide receipts of my routine oil changes which I did with no problem and my oil changes were all up to date. After I provided my receipts to him and he realized they all have been done timely, he comes back and says that it was because an engine flush was done, and that Honda does not recommend that done on their vehicle. Shady isnt it how you go from one thing to another so which one is the real reason? The advisor at Route 23 Honda said that I need a new engine which will cost me 12K plus tax. After doing research online I have come across some articles online of other Honda CR-V owners experiencing the same issue. see link below. There needs to be a major recall on this vehicle. I am currently with no vehicle since 10/1/23 and no resolutions as Honda does not want to take responsibility for this. SHAME ON YOU HONDA!!**************************************************************************************************************************************

      Customer did not have vehicle serviced at any time with Route 23 Honda 

      Decision for repair to be covered under warranty is decided upon from Honda of America

      9/30/22, My son who drives this vehicle that I leased broke his passenger side view mirror. The mirror shattered, and according to my local mechanic and the service department at *** Honda *******, this would be an easy fix. Both my mechanic and Service technicians at DCH ******* Honda looked at the mirror, and the vehicle. The assembly was still attached to the broken mirror with the screws attached to the assembly that would just snap right into the mirror housing on the vehicle. My mechanic advised us that he could order the mirror from the dealer, but it would be quicker for us to go directly to the dealer. We went to DCH ******* Honda, and the service department there was extremely helpful. They looked at the vehicle and the broken mirror with the attached assembly, and advised us it would be a very easy fix. We would just need to purchase the new mirror, which would cost $93.00. They checked their stock and they did not have the mirror at their dealership, but they could get one the following morning. My son being 19, wanted it fixed right away and had a busy schedule the next day. He asked if they had the part at another nearby Honda dealer. They kindly looked it up and found that they had one at the Honda dealer on route 23 in Pompton plains. We confirmed that they had it available and my son went to that dealer with his broken mirror with the assembly attached. He was there for over an hour, and was told they cannot fix it and he would have to pay $625.98 to get it fixed. He refused since DCH ******* had told him $93.00. They gave him the invoice and my son left. When my son got to his car, he realized he wasnt given his mirror with the assembly back. He asked for it back and it was given back to him with the assembly broken. (The screws were missing) My son was in a hurry after been there without resolution and just left. When he returned home, I told him that the screws were missing. He also showed me their proposed invoice stating that he needed a new
