- DealsAllYear.com offers a 14-day return/exchange policy on select items (please refer to Return Policy Details) provided the following guidelines are followed:
All returns must be accompanied by a DealsAllYear.com Return Authorization Merchandize Number (RMA). Please contact their customer service division during their listed customer service hours.
All merchandise must be returned in its supplied packaging.
All supplied manufacturers accessories are included in original factory packaging.
Original manufacturer’s warranty cards and paperwork must be blank.
All returned merchandise must be unregistered.
Orders returned without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned back at the shippers expense
Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee not less than 15%.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).
On all returned/refused package that were shipped out with free shipping, the actual shipping charge that was paid to ship out the order is non-refundable, and may be deducted from the return amount.
All refused packages will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued within 4-5 Business Days from time of return merchandise and may take up to a week to be reflected back on the credit card. However, most times, refunds show up within 1 – 2 business days. - Business Categories
