      I purchased my ******* prescription on 1/17/2025 and paid $3,030.24. I faxed (the appropriate documentation to the Sandoz One Source Co-Pay Program for ******* on 1/21/2025. The first call I made at the end of February I was told that they hadn't received my claim. I called back a week later and was told that my claim was processed on 2/24/2025 but there was no check number assigned. I called again on 3/14/2025 and spoke with Amy who stated the claim was approved but no check number assigned and allow for another 2-3 weeks for processing. When I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor I was told there was no one else to speak to that this was their process and they would state the same. I called again on 4/1/2025 and was told that a check number has still not been assigned and to allow for another 10 weeks. I asked if they were going to reimburse me for the interest charges that are being applied to my card since I can't pay the balance in full and was told no. I asked to speak to a manager and was told one would call me back within 48 hours. I never received that call back. As of today, 4/15/2025 I still have not received a check and it is almost time for me to order my prescription again. Last year it only took 1 month for them to process my claim and send my check. It is not right that they continue to keep adding weeks to the process that was told was 4-6 weeks for their rebate program. This is now costing me money with interest being charged on my credit card and that is not right.

      This is a in regards to their rebate reimbursement program. I spoke with this company 3 times prior to spending $4500 on their medication as they insured me they would reimburse me the total amount. So far Ive received $0 from my January 8th reimbursement request. I spoke with a ***resentative every week since my initial claim on 1/14/25. Each *** says something different and know one knows. This company is a scam. ******* Rebate1. Confirm the balances and accoutns I have. Sandoz has a 12k yearly reimbursement limit and the other is 5500 2. Doctor to prescribe ******* brand only 3. Pay for meds 1. Mail reciepts with Name and Adress to ***************************************************************************************************** - Reciepet - Name date of service or NDC New fax Date of service: 1/08/25 Delivered 1/21/25 2/7/25: Update. Received, escalation has been sent. Call back next wednesay or thursday, they are re-running to get a higher approval since first approval was only ofr $40 2/20/25: Denied duplicate claim: Call back Wednesday 2/19 3/12 call: *** says youve been approved for full amount. Please call back in two weeks to confirm. 3/25 call: youre only being approved for $400 + $938. Should be receiving two checks. 4/3 call. Theres no history of you in our system. Please resubmit. Required docs faxed today while on phone with the *** * ***** NDC (Sandoz branded):Reciept showing NDC and Cost information (proof of payment).************ Attn: CoPay Reimbursment

      Sandoz Hyrimoz copay assistance program has a rebate program. They are unable to verify submission of rebates after months of calling. They are unresponsive and do not give information as to when or how they will receive rebate submissions. Currently they owe me $1572.48.

      I have received 2 Sandoz, abbots not any better, ***************** inhalation aerosol. They do not work as designed and promised. The aerosol is so weak and does not dispense product to be of any use. The rescue inhaler does nothing to help an asthma attack, in fact it makes it worse. They are not responsive. It is a shame to pay for a product to help my quality of life to breath better that does not work. I have had to resort to other methods of relief and suffer needless if the product worked as supposed to.

      I ********* customer for ******************** and they are not paying out the PA I earned by ordering from them. I have emails from their sales reps with promises I will be paid but they never do.

      on August 18, 2023 I received a RX from CVS for IC Amphetamine 10 mg made by Sandoz. I had been taking this drug for over 3 months however it was made by ******* pharmacy with excellent results. This month however my pharmacy had to use a adderal generic from Sandoz for this medication. After the first five days I though what is wrong with me. All I could do is sleep, couldn't get up from bed due to severe fatigue, nauseated, weakness, and unable to care for myself. When I was taking the generic adderal made by ******* I had no problems. I actually regained some quality of life with medication. I believe Sandoz is not making IC Amphetamine Salts the correct way and putting in a great amount of fillers compared to the actual medicine. I took three tablets yesterday with no avail help with my symptoms caused by a disease. Please make this known so that others don't have to go through the h*** I just went through.Kind Regards,*********************

      Sandoz is in receipt of your letter dated August 28, 2023, with Complaint ID ********.  We have coordinated with our customer service team, but unfortunately, we do not have any records of calls or correspondence with ********************* of *********, **** for the product she brought to your attention or for any other product.  If she contacts Sandoz, our normal procedure would be to ask her to ship the remaining product in question back to us for a quality investigation.  We cannot do anything for her unless she contacts us, however.  We would like to note that a patients outcome on any medicine can be determined by many factors, including the patients own behavior.  It appears **************** may have taken more than the prescribed dose based on the description she provided.

      I have received multiple generic adderall 10 mg RX from Sandoz that have had zero effect. Recently heard from a friend their doctor had doubled their dose of generic Wellbutrin SR and he felt no effect, including less effect than he did on half the dose. I jokingly said it must be made by Sandoz. I looked at his prescriptions and it really was manufactured by Sandoz. Clearly they are selling sugar pills to make money off their customers. It’s disgusting.
