DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! As another reviewer stated, they do not answer emails, texts, or phone calls; they also did not show up for a scheduled appt. One of the chemicals they used on our job left an overpowering smell in the wall and window frame that has not gone away after months. The owner, *******, stated that he used to much ***** and promised to come out himself to investigate, but instead sent two employees who were unable to fix the problem. We have notified ******* on several occasions that the problem persists, but he did not show up for a scheduled appointment and did not respond to us until we implied we would take legal action. We have had to rip down sheetrock and window trim and remove insulation ourselves, but the chemical smell is deep in the wood of the framing and we cannot get rid of it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We are sorry we did.

I am very sorry you feel that way and you werent satisfied with the work. We have provided you the agreed service and far beyond. Tried to fix things beyond scope of work to your liking. Came on our own time, free of charge to set up containment for you for work completely not related to ours. Our crew members have been there several times after the work was completed to tend to your complaints and trying to fix them. Demolished the wall and more wall and blasted the solutions you requested. Its unfortunate that contractors cant satisfy customers nowadays anymore, no matter how hard we try.Review fromPAUL D

This company does not return calls, emails, voicemails, even when the paid-for services are not completed. BEWARE.Quest Air Mold Remediation

Im very sorry you feel that way. We have provided inspection and testing. Results were provided for you. We have called and been told the contact person isnt in the office as thats what your receptionist is trained to say. 5 starsQuest air is a fantastic and professional company! I first used their services more than a decade ago in a previous house. When we suspected mold in our current house, I tracked them down as zi only wanted them to service my home! They treat your home as if it were there own and you feel like family.
