I had a pre-approved loan from ********** with an approved loan application number. I had provided this information, and the sales agent (*****) asked me to fill an application. I informed that I don't need to fill any information because I already have chase approved loan application. He said that it is needed, and they won't process the loan since I already have the loan approved. After I bought the car, I came to know that beyond my chase credit check on all 3 Bureaus, Toyota Ramsey ** also checked on my credit with all 3 Bureaus. I contacted the loan ******************* He mentioned that they never checked my credit. I sent a letter proving the inquiries from the 3 agencies and requested a letter from him that the inquiry was done in error / mistake so that I can contact the credit agencies and clear my hard inquiry which affected my credit score and increases in my insurance premiums. I called so many times and left voicemails and never ever received any response so far. So, I called today and said that I am filing a report. The solution is very simple. I just needed a letter from them that their inquiry was done in error. Why is this a difficult thing to do? I wanted to alert everyone of this practice and how unprofessionally these people handle a customer. Will never ever do a business with them again.
