I dropped my 2022 chrysler Pacifica off on Feb 20 for service. On Feb 27 I picked it up and went home. When I went back to the car I noticed it had been damaged while in service. I called my service advisor right away to report the damage. After she ran it up through management, it came back that the dealership won’t fix the damage because “a lot can happen in an hour.” Three years I kept this car spotless and not only do they mess up the paint, but they gaslight me about banging it up in the hour since my pickup? They need to fix what they did to my vehicle.

***** cars of Ramsey falsely and knowingly misrepresented and misled me lying about the services done to my vehicle. They knowingly and falsely said they test drove vehicle . In order to address the issues you needed to test, drive the vehicle to hear the sounds. Not only this, everything that was performed on the vehicle that they said they did was still an issue and nothing was done to the vehicle. This is a intentional element of fraudulent activity, knowingly misrepresenting their services and I was relying on this false information and the company should be held accountable for their actions. One addressed to the manager. He was defensive and stated that this was an opinion when I had actual facts of the service not being done nor the test drive that they said they did. There's multiple staff represents that knew they were misrepresenting and lying of this fraudulent activity and failed to accept it nor do anything about it but to laugh at the client. The supporting documents will not be allowed because of size but will be more than happy to email further proof

On November 3, 2022, I purchased a used ************* and elected to finance. When meeting with the finance manager he only presented me with a **** of America loan ($30,414.93) at ****%/ 36 months (I had originally requested 36 months). I expressed surprised at the high rate (my credit is nearly perfect and I had read about lower auto loans). The manager told me everyone was getting ****% and did not offer any opportunity to see if anything could be done and said nothing would change if I sought to change the repayment time period. I proceeded with the purchase, but immediately went home and applied for an auto loan myself through **** of America. In doing so, I received a ****% / 48 month loan from **** of America at $30,000. I have complained directly to the dealership and they scurried to match the offer and withdraw the ****% loan, but this all feels very fraudulent and intentional and misleading.

How can we help resolve this complaint.  Our lending practices are regulated by our lenders and the CFPB.  We cannot deviate from them.  I can also tell you that depending on you relationship with your bank it is very possible to get a lower rate.

I am rejecting this response because:

The practices of Ramsey Jeep were deceptive and dishonest:

    1. I asked the finance manager if I was receiving the best rate from **** of America prior to signing the paperwork.  He said yes.  I  then asked him to see the paperwork identifying that rate (****%) and the rate from the other bank I was offered.  He refused.  I would still welcome seeing that ****% rate in writing from either institution.

    2. What I firmly believe happened and **** has not produced evidence to the contrary is that they added a ****** reserve margin on top of what I was offered and did not/would not disclose that to me.  Instead, insisting that the rate of ****% was directly attributable to the bank(s), which I firmly believe is not truthful, was completely dishonest and wholly intended to be deceptive.

    3.  I believe Jeep got caught in a deceitful practice that will soon be shut down entirely by the FTC.  More importantly, if I had signed the documents without asking questions, the practice though  "legal" (still shameful), may have been lawful.  However, I did ask questions and was flatly lied too at every turn.

    4.   Additoinally, with a near perfect credit score I was told that ****% was "what everybody is paying".....please support that with evidence too.

    5.  This Jeep dealership is protecting its deceptive lending practice.

I brought my 2017 Dodge Ram Pro master **** vehicle ID # ***************** into the dodge ram service center at 69 Spring St. Ramsey to have my catalytic converter replaced under the vehicle warranty. There was no charge for this service. While changing the the unit the technician broke the bolts to the converter in the Valve cover gasket head. I recieved a phone call telling me this and that it will cost me **** dollars for a new gasket head cover. They claim its not their fault because the bolts where *****. I filed a complaint with corporate who response to me was they will not cover or assist because I am not the original owner of the vehicle and that the part that needs to be replaced is not under warranty. No one ever warned me that this possibly could happen giving me other options. This vehicle is only five years old and should not have bolts that break off that early in the vehicle life time. This vehicle is relatively new and they should stand behind their product and the products used to build their cars and trucks. This vehicle is only 60 m0nths old and the company should back up their line of parts to last far greater than the 60 months. If I would have been for warned of this happening I probably would have look for other places to fix the vehicle. I can not afford the **** dollar repair placed on me. When corporate responded to me with a decision not to help, their primary reason was that I was not the original owner of the vehicle making it sound as if I was the original owner they would assist, The vehicle, its age, the repair and cause of incident should be the factors used in deciding. Not if I was original owner.

We reached out to Stellantis on the customers behalf.  They paid for half of the work that needed to be performed.  The customer was seemed happy with what we were able to do for him, however may still seek a better resolution from Stellantis.
