After working overtime hours for months I finally saved enough money to purchase my dream car. A 2012 *** 328i with the help of *********** this dealership and car was brought to my attention. I contacted dealership and set up appointment. I drove 2.5 hrs to ********** from ****** ** for car. After test driving I liked car when pulling back in a light came on for steering. A deal was worked out with dealership where I would not purchase car unless warranty and things were fixed. As agreed I was granted a 3month warranty upon purchase of car I was told I could take my car to any repair shop for repairs the next day of my purchase so I did. I took my car to ************ where they diagnose car and seen battery steering axel and many other problems I have paperwork to prove. *** contacted warranty company but I was denied due to purchasing car like that. I called back dealership to ask why was I denied when we both verified that my car would get fixed with warranty. Dealership stated they wanted me to lie to warranty and tell them I did not purchase the car like that but that thous problems appeared on my way home from the dealership I am not a liar I did not do that. I told GMC **************** I purchased car as is for dealership Ramsey motors told me it would be fixed at any shop next day with this warranty. I was denied warranty claim and steering was not fixed. Dealership then said they would fix issues being that it was only one day of purchase and they by law would have to fix car. It has been 1 year and 1 month and car steering is still not fixed. Dealership had been closed down since Feb 2023. Of Jan 2023 my car broke down because of clutch I took it to my trusted mechanic Ive known for couple years now and they said transmission is finished but also that transmission that is currently in is a used transmission. I was sold a lemon from Ramsey motor car because I am a young black male living in ** they ripped me off. I have all documents and texts to prove
