In February 2022 I purchased a puzzle made by Cra-Z-Art. When I put the puzzle together there were pieces missing. I sent an e-mail to their consumer affairs office and explained the problem. I asked if they could send me the missing pieces. They said they work very hard to make sure every puzzle leaves the factory perfect., but mistakes happen. They said they would like to send me a replacement puzzle, but if not in stock it would be a similar puzzle from the same collection. They asked me to send them some additional information which I did. They respond back saying it would be 4 to 6 weeks for me to f=get the replacement. They then sent another e-mail saying it would be 6 to 10 weeks. After the 10 weeks passed, I still had not received the replacement puzzle. I sent an e-mail asking about the replacement. Consumer affairs said they had not heard anything from the puzzle department. They said they would put me on a rush for the replacement. Its now been over 6 months and I still have not received anything and they have not responded back to my last 3 or 4 e-mails. I would like my replacement puzzle.Initial Complaint

I sent the following e-mail to Cra--Z-Art on April 27th: I have two puzzles the ***** piece ***** *********, ************* and the 999 piece Holographic Downtown. Its always disappointing to do a puzzle and find out youre one piece shy of the complete picture. Having two of your puzzles, from two different lines, both missing pieces, is more than disappointing, having spent hours putting together these puzzles BEFORE you find out that that one piece is missing.Through various correspondence, they offered to replace the puzzles. I then informed them that, having already done those puzzles, I would prefer different puzzles, the ***** piece ***** BRIENZ TOWN AND FLOWERS and a ***** piece puzzle. No problem -- I should receive them in 4-6 weeks.To date (one day short of 15 weeks!), and through much correspondence, including phone calls, but no voice mails as the mailboxes were FULL ( no doubt unhappy customers), most of which were both ignored and unanswered, no such puzzles have appeared. I still want the promised ***** piece BRIENZ TOWN AND FLOWERS, but have changed my mind regarding the ***** piece puzzle -- now desiring the ***** ******************************************************* replacement puzzles, as well as an apology for the complete LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!Initial Complaint

I bought some washable paint for my kids back in December. It was for Christmas. The paint set was supposed to contain the color Red, along with 9 other colors. However, when the paint boxes were opened up, there was no red paint in either box. There was instead this weird yellowish looking color that when used produced no sort of coloring on the paper. My assumption is that the paint base for this batch was not mixed with the red coloring. I was unable to return the paint to the store because I no longer had the receipt. By the time Christmas came and the kids opened up the paint, the receipt was long gone. I did not think that I would need it. So, I contacted Cra-Z-Art via their website. Someone responded to me within a few days and asked me for some additional information so that they could resolve the issue. I gave them all the information that I was able to, along with a picture of the paints showing the lack of Red and showing the weird paint that didn't color. I did not hear back from them at all on this issue. I emailed again and still have not received any response from anyone.Initial Complaint

I have contacted the company 2 times with NO response.My daughter received Cra-Z-Art ******************************** Bracelet Maker as a Christmas gift. We used is not even one time (we could not finish the first and only bracelet we started to make) before it broke.Initial Complaint

ordered this on 11/24 of this year, still not receive it, tried to contact the company for feedback to no avail. they charged my credit card for it, but have not said when or if it is on back order or not, no feedback from this company at allInitial Complaint

I ordered a product ****************** 5 n 1 ultimate knitting station from CraZart on 11/24/21. After 2 weeks with no info on where my product was, I contacted the company. A person named ******* responded saying it was on back order and would be coming in that week,(wk of 12/7/21) . After a wk with no product or communication I called the company and was told their computer was down and they could not look up my poducts info. They were suppose to call be later in the day when their computer was back up. They never called me (12/15/21). On 12/16/21 I called their phone and was NOT able to talk to a person. When I went to their website it was offline.At this point I just want to cancel the order and get a refund.
