    The worst company ever. There is no customer service on weekends, they have not issued my refunds for multiple times when their machines take your money but dont start, or dont wash the clothes. Have submitted technician requests with no response and likely no one came out to fix it. You never know when the machine will work or wont work.

    I returned a check to SEBCO in on May 4, 2024, for a $4.00 check I thought I lost from 12/13/23, I am still waiting for the check, I received a refund check today 8/9/2024 for $2.00 for a machine that did not work on 5/28/24, I called today to see why is it that I did not receive the $4.00 check, I was told the managers have not been in the office to sign the check, but there is a signature on the $2.00 check dated 6/4/2024? I have spoken to *****, *****, **** and today I spoke to *****, I will continue to call until I receive my check

    Terrible, smelly washers that dont really clean your clothes. Dryers need to run twice to actually dry the clothes. The cost is high because you have to run two empty loads with bleach or laundry disinfectant before washing your clothes or your clothes keep the odor. Its just gross using the machines from this company.

    the worst the machines are always broken or acting up. you have to call weekly to get your money back, rude evil people on the phone. don't understand them broken english . they need newer machines or better yet fix them!

    If something is broken and needs time to be fixed just say that. Instead, the company's customer service representative, *****, lied three times over the phone. The MagicPass app read that the washers and dryers had "Service Requested." After the building asked me to call customer service, ***** said that the Spectrum internet was down and her colleague was on the phone with the superintendent. After going back upstairs and checking with the doorman, who also checked with the superintendent, the internet was fine / working and nobody from SEBCO was on the phone with them. The next call to *****, she informed me that suddenly the internet was back again working and they "fixed the issue, and give it a couple minutes." After about 10 - 15 minutes, nothing happened on the app. The first SEBCO customer service rep then tells me it's a MagicPass issue and she'll forward me to that team. Lo and behold they forward me to ***** again who now says "I didn't say it was fixed, we just restarted the system and it takes 20 minutes." Then proceeded to tell me that at this point it probably won't work and they'll need to send a dispatcher. Not entirely sure why they wasted 45 minutes of my time by telling me lies when nobody was speaking with the building, nor provided accurate information. Why are buildings signing up for this terrible customer service and relying on wifi to pay for laundry!? If there was a zero or negative for customer review rating, that would be for ********************.

    The worst company their laundry machines steal your money they do not work REMOVE them. They take money from my card -they break. Its the worst system We just want coin operated wash machines we can handle our own business. This third party c*** is for the birds. I have had to call them almost every week w issues

    Sebco apparently doesn't care about its customers.My building with a service contract, has half the machines disabled and we can not get Sebco to respond.They disabled their submit button on their website, https://www.sebco.com/service-call/ to submit service call requests.You fill out the online form but the submit button is no longer clickable. This used to work. Inspecting the code for the page, the button is shown as disabled. **************** this is not. At least have the decency to inform its customers that they are unable or unwilling to respond to contracted calls and service call requests.

    The only thing worse than their customer service is their maintenance. Horrible company that could care less about their service or their customers. A+ rating is a joke. How much did they pay you for that one? Shame on you BBB
