I hired this company to perform proofreading and formatting of a few documents and paid $80. I am constantly being given different due dates and to this date have not received satisfactory work. I paid another 50 for a simple 10 page document and the same pattern no complete project and promised due dates. They do not take client's due dates seriously and I am highly disappointed!Business response

Hi,
This issue has been resolved. The client hired us to promote a book that she wrote. We rendered most of the services that we were contracted for, however, the client wasn't satisfied with the results. Marketing a book takes time, patience, and a lot of hard work.
Ultimately, we felt that we had reached a standstill with the client because she wanted instant results. We mutually agreed to a partial refund because a lot of work had been completed for the client and all of the promotional material created could and would benefit her.

11/21 I hired content Development Pros to draft me a website I paid 600 to have the information I gave to them made for a website I was signed ***** and the project was made to be very difficult. ***** was unable to add the information that was needed for the website and continued to add the wrong information via email no project completed. so last week we decided to cancel the project. I spoke with staff and was told to give it 2 day's for the money to post and it hasn't been its been over a week now today I spoke with ****** and he told me that the money is his and he is only going to pay 300 dollars. I'm out of my 600 dollars and no project.Business response
