    We hired *************************** owner of Colts Neck ***************************** to complete a pool, spa and tanning ledge in our back yard as well as install a slide, grotto waterfall, and three fire bowls with stone veneer columns. We hired him in early 2022 May. We have paid him 50K and he has not completed work as paid for and failed to submit proper information to town zoning and ************** as he told us had been submitted and is non responsive to all calls, voice mails, texts, and emails from both the town and ourselves for over past 4 months. Before that he was missing in action for over past 3 months. On March 29th, 2023 we met with him and he agreed all would be complete in next 2 weeks. Then took progress payment and no work completed as yet. On April 12th 2023 his crew came to plaster tanning ledge but then apparently were doing it incorrectly with color mixed wrong so they stopped cleaned it off and **** said they would be back to correct it next day. Now June 16th 2023 no one has returned and all remains a mess nothing completed. **** is not responding and cant be reached and has not reached out to us at all. He moved from address he had listed as well and has not provided any change of address.
