      Do not hire this company! They tried to scam me for thousands of dollars. Their work and customer service is horrible. *** came out to give me an estimate and at first he gave me a pretty decent price. We decided to hire him to fix our roof. Once they came to fix our roof they told us it would now cost thousands of dollars more. They said that the plywood was damaged and tried to get us to pay thousands of dollars more. We received two other quotes after they told us this and they said the plywood was fine and did not need to be replaced. Once I had an issue with them they did not respond to me at all. I wish I had done my research before hiring them because once I looked into this company I saw that they had a lot of bad reviews and are not reputable at all.

      I hired Probuild to redo my small roof in the front of my house. They gave me a quote and I told them to go ahead with the job. Well I received a call after they began work and tore up my roof and did something on the side of the main roof that they said needed to be done and said that it was more involved and they were going to meet with me at my office to give me the additional amount they would require. They never showed up. I have called many times for the quote and for them to clean up the mess in front of my house. Tim Gatollari, Sales kept saying they would do both, but they have not. I see now from reading reviews of the company (which I should have done in the first place) that they are terrible and are doing to me what they did to many other people. I want my $700 back ASAP so I can hire someone else. All I have on the roof is some plastic cover and it has been raining for 2 days. Please I want to add my opinion that no one should hire this company ever. They should not be in business.

      This company is a fraud. The company is ProBuild Construction LLC and now they are trying to go by ProBuild Crafters LLC. This is the same company. The people who work there are rude and inconsiderate. They have horrible customer service and their work is horrendous. They should not be in business. Please investigate them. They did damage on my home and would not respond to me or fix the issue. They were very responsive when they wanted me to hire them but once I did it was all downhill from there. They are not a reputable company whatsoever. Please investigate ProBuild Construction now trying to do business as ProBuild Crafters in ******* or **** **. They have conflicting addresses.

      Thank you for your correspondence regarding the above complaint matter. As advised, Probuild Construction tried to email the client since the phone number that was provided in the complaint letter is disconnected. Unfortunately, the client didnt reply back to the email that was sent to him in the attempt to address his concerns. Can you please advise what would be the next steps in order to take care of this matter?

      My desired outcome is for this person **** not to contact me anymore. She was very rude to me and not professional at all and ignored me when I tried contacting them and now is finally trying to fix this because I contacted you. I would like you to investigate this company and or put a negative rating on them. If you have any more questions let me know.
