    The customer service very rude since the beginning didn’t solve my problem which was simply combine my 2 orders from the same day into one at one total shipping cost. She denied telling me her name or transferring me to the owner, Brian, I hope this message reaches out to him. I had enough from the lady who hung up the phone when I was talking. I want my pictures, I want to pick them up, I don’t want to have 2 separate shipping charges to my house from an order that only had a couple of hours of difference. I want them refund me the total shipping in both orders.
