    The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. The woman who apparently runs this company has lied to me multiple times about orders being shipped, when they weren't. They sent me defective flatwork parts, which she said she would replace, but never did. I quit dealing with them 5 years ago, but decided to give them another shot. I placed an order 8 days ago and haven't heard anything back. I tried calling, but as usual, no answer. I sent an email telling them to cancel my order, but I'm sure she'll do what she did 5 years ago, and NOT cancel the order, but ship it out today or tomorrow, which means I'll have 2 orders coming in because I'll order elsewhere today. Although, from what I'm reading today, it sounds like they don't even bother to cancel orders when asked, let alone ship them out.How can this company still be in business when the reviews are nothing but negative? I recall reading the BBB reviews for this company 5 years ago, and I believe I even wrote a review. There were a lot more 2 measly reviews back then. Of course they were all bad. Where did they go? . I know I wrote a ****** review, and I see it's gone as well.

    Does not answer phone calls or emails. I placed an order 3 months ago and still have not received my items or a refund. The order status says "awaiting fulfillment" . When ordering the items say "in stock" I understand suppliers and issues but they could at least mark the site or answer a phone call or email. Buyer beware. At this point I have to go through my bank as a fraudulent charge to get back my money.
