    I got the Halo for Christmas for my car. Read the manual and was needing to jump my car It was failing a safety check.I called their support line and they said it was either the clamps were not on, which they were or that car battery was too dead, under 2 amps, or one. I explained to ******* that the company shouldn't ******* their customers. She said that is not her intention and she did not write the manual" and hung up.Yeah, no duh, the company leaving that out of the ***** CODE SECTION of the manual left me stranded when I could had had a product that actually works instead.

    I've had nothing but issue with this company. They sent me an email with a tracking number from 2/5/2024 but this isn't the address I have them from the photo.

    ****** *********** ********* **** provides rebate processing services to manufacturers, and Alliance Consumer Group is one of our clients.  *** mails rebate checks to consumers for Alliance Consumer Group, but we do not mail any products out for ACG.  Please contact Alliance Consumer Group directly with your issue, as *** cannot provide any assistance to you.
