Refund and Exchange Policy
The Products may not be returned to Seller without first obtaining Seller’s
consent. The request for return and credit must be filed with Seller and shall
include purchase order number, approximate date shipped and any and all other
identifying numbers (such as invoice number, date of invoice, P.O. numbers,
etc.). Each request for return of Products for credit should state the type and
quantity of goods, the part numbers and the reasons for the return.

 If return authorization is granted, APW will apply a 25% inspection & restocking charge to
all returned merchandise. (except in-warranty defective merchandise or
merchandise shipped in error by APW Company) APW may waive this fee when a
client simultaneously orders additional product at equal or greater value and
may apply a full credit once the returned product has been received and
inspected.

 Merchandise must
be returned PREPAID unless otherwise indicated in writing, via an insured traceable service and received at
APW Company within 30 days from date of receipt.

To receive your credit, all returned merchandise
must be in BRAND NEW resalable condition  (i.e.. leads not cut or trimmed or damaged, all surfaces
free from marring or scratches) and include any and all accessories etc. as originally
supplied. If the product is compromised in any way, they reserve the right to
refuse any credit request.



Shipping and handling charges incurred by any returned
item are not refundable.

 NOTE: Items
returned carelessly not consistent with original packaging methods will void
any RMA.

No credit allowance on defectives will be made and no
replacement for defectives will be shipped in any event, unless the alleged
defectives are, among other things, established to Seller’s satisfaction after
suitable testing and inspection by Seller.
