Refund and Exchange Policy
Parts:
You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. They'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of their error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order items may be returned at their discretion. They will not accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more than 30 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact them by phone or email and receive an RMA number before returning your items. Items returned without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Equipment Returns,
Specific brands and models of serialized equipment may be returnable under certain conditions as indicated on your manufacturer warranty statement. Most brands of equipment do not offer refunds or exchanges. Power Place will provide warranty service for all brands of equipment that they sell. The extent of that service is usually limited to defects in manufacture and would provide for free parts and labor during the warranty period.  They suggest that you understand the warranty options before making a purchase and they are happy to explain the level of coverage.
