      on time ambulance lost my mothers (*********************) belongings via transport from *********************** in *********** ** to ************* rehab in *******, ** on Feb 3, 2024. ********************* was on the orthopedic floor at RWJBarnabas monmouth medical in *********** ** after a total hip replacement. expensive sneakers, pants, top, **********. and personal cards from loved one. I called the hospital, security, orthopedic floor, on time ambulance, and complete care rehab trying to find the two white plastic hospital belongings bags. On time ambulance said they did forget the ice cooler for **************** surgical site and had to go back and get it to bring it to her room at complete care rehab on Feb 3, 2024. they are responsible for the loss of **************** belongings. Requesting compensation for the loss of ****** sneakers, pants, tops, socks, personal cards from on time ambulance service. ********************* patient transferred via on time ambulance
