    I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator in February, from Better Living in *********. Immediately after purchase the electronics on the door reported an error. After waiting 2 weeks for the part, Central Jersey Appliance came out to replace. Not even 24 hours later, the error code appeared again. Once again waiting for an appointment, the tech came out and replaced yet another part. A day later, the error code appeared again. We had yet another appointment for a tech to come out, which they cancelled the day before stating there was yet another part to replace which had to be ordered. ***** later the tech came out, replaced wiring and even before he left, the entire electrical panel illuminated and my interior lights went out. After the tech was on the phone, he told me they gave him the wrong part. And that we would come out 2 days later to fix. 8 hours later, I have a dead refrigerator, spoiled food and a puddle of water on my floor. I called Jersey Appliance and requested a manager to contact me, which was 2 days ago. I requested the tech come out yesterday to fix it, and no one came. I want a new refrigerator. This is a lemon. I want someone to call me and do something about this. I have NO refrigerator!!!!!

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Issue resolved. Fridgadaire delivered a new refrigerator yesterday
