      January 1, ************************************************** my life, an unusual situation.After making the selection of my items with a friend we went to the checkout to pay, I had passed my items and at the same moment I was passing my credit card credit card, my friend was waiting with his items in his hand, at that moment a young woman told us that she wanted to check my bill and I followed her to another checkout after the line where she was and ordered my friend to go too (with his items still without paying in hand), took my invoice and I followed her strangely at the time when my friend told her 3 times that he had not paid for 3 items. My invoice was ***** (green label the item 5.66.) and was paid with the credit card ending in 5345 at *****am January 1st. Afro-American supervisor with violent gestures practically told us that we were stealing, she insinuated that i altered the price and that it was at 16, which was stupid because to be like that the price would have had to be at 32 dollars since today everything was half price, to make the situation worse. thing they took my friend's things who told him at all times that he had not paid yet and passed them off as if we had wanted to take it, she insulted us by telling us that we had tried to take things from the place and that we wanted to leave the store without paying for them, I reminded her that she took us out of the register at the moment we were paying and that it made no sense, this manager told me, raising her voice in an altered manner order us to leave the store and never back again or call the police, did not allow us to speak at any time, I told them to look for the cameras that were on time, to check if I saw any real suspicious situation and they continued with the same thing, they took away items that they charged us for as some kind of retaliation and it was a quite humiliating moment , the aggressiveness that that lady showed limited me to looking for someone to talk.

      This store has rude employees, not customer oriented, customer seems to never be right. Manager in this place is the worst. I wanted two extra items. However one was 99 and the other 1.99. I asked the manager can you honor the lower price for both since this seems to be the rule of thumb. She said no! Took the items and said now it's not for sale and placed it behind the counter. I was so ****** regard her rudeness I decided not to purchase my items and vow never to return to this store !?? Please educated your employees.

      Horrible incident at the unique thrift store ************************. Employee rang all my merchandise up I didn't, than total me out as I put my debit card into the machine to pay, she tells me to wait. I had a picture priced at 5.99 it was with all the other pictures in the back of the store to the right. As I was about to pay she takes the picture shows it to another worker. I was told her supervisor and the feeling I got is they thought that I (the customer) placed that price tag on the picture. Than security comes over we exchanged words. The money I make I don't need to steal from a thrift store I donate all the time to thrift stores. Moral of the story proper training is a must . If the tags on the merchandise doesn't look appropriate, tell the customer it's not for sale. Don't ring it up and than make an issue. I was told that is store policy by security to ring up the merchandise by store employees and than store the customer from paying. Better training unquie. I donate to this store and savers all the time . Disgusting workers they have at these unique thrift stores. Better training needed really didn't want to leave a star

      Horrible Experience from Manager by the name of ****. I had an issue with a security tag on a sneakers I purchased and called the store to get help and she basically accused me of stealing the sneakers because she said there was no way of finding out if it was purchased (which was a lie the tag was still on it) but I didnt have the receipt), and she refused to want to help me scan the paid pair of sneakers to see that it was purchased and said that I am no one special because I asked her to find a solution to bring the sneakers back to remove the security tag she got really nasty on the phone and hung up on me this is highly unprofessional and she needs to be demoted from the managerial position. Luckily I calle d another store and A very professional Manager helped guide me to another manager in that particular store and he basically said bring the sneakers back and theyll scan it to make sure it was indeed purchased and theyll take the security tag off. It was that simple and she refused to help and resolve something so simple. I will ever shop at that store again. She needs to be reprimanded for being so nasty and unhelpful to paying customers. The pleasant worker did scan it and saw it was purchased and removed the security tag.

      On 5.19.2022, I was shopping at Unique Thrift store, I was at checkout when an associate by the name of Bella also noticed two other prices on the inside of a the bowl I was purchasing, I didnt notice the label before but on the item was 3 prices. One at $19.99 another at $24.99 and a 3rd hand written which was $20 (she removed) She says shell have to call the manager and ask him what to do. A rude front end Supervisor by the name of Analdy unsure of the spelling as he refused to spell it and wasnt wearing a name badge comes over and removes the item from my cart snubbing as he stated he wouldnt sell me the item even at its highest ticketed price, that he would In turn take the item reprice it tomorrow at possibly a HIGHER Price. When I questioned his practices and asked for a managers and store managers name he REFUSED to give me a name so I can formally file a complaint. When I asked if that means it will be held off the floor as the discrepancy is solved so I can come back and purchase the item he again rudely answered NO.. (like thats it go on with you day) No customer service WHAT SO EVER !!!!To the reader of this excuse me as I try to understand how this practice is different than a bait & switch where a price is marked on an item then not SOLD to you even at the highest price marked (which I add was only a $5 difference. This behaviour seems Predatory as the consumer is held at fault for a store issued discrepancy. Then to refuse to give me the proper channels by means of a Manager or Store Managers information that I may further question this practice, makes the entire experience feel FRAUDULENT. ANALDY a stocky afro ************************* should be REMOVED as a supervisor or at the very least retrained to better deal with customers. No where on my receipt is this Policy listed if it is one. Its seems at Unique the policy is ALL customers are THIEVES act accordingly. Theres NO REASON a $5 discrepancy couldnt be better HANDLED.SHAME !
