    Zero stars. I booked this hotel for $332/night. It was filthy. No AC, no cable, no internet- nothing. Smoldering heat and smell. No parking. Owner was super rude, told me to move a broken bedframe and broken bottles in parking lot to make room for my car. The towels were stained and dirty, shower drain clogged, no sink in bathroom. I left after three hours because it was just too disgusting to sleep there. I never even brought my luggage in ** I was afraid about roaches or bedbugs. Refund was refused even after contacted by Expedia. Please help!

    There is nothing to like for this sorry excuse of a motel. The best part was leaving and having the peace of mind knowing that I would never stay there again. There was blood or fluid on the room lampshade; rust on the moldy shower head; rust and mold on the bathroom mirror; sticky fluids on the floor beside the bed; bullet holes on the door and curtains; unlaundered sheets with hair on them and holes in the plastic covering the mattress base (presumably to protect their valued guests from bedbugs); The room is absolute filth (as is the motel). The staff, if you can call them that, is not present and unresponsive, and their contact website is perpetually down with a 404 error. I asked my booking vendor to contact them for a refund and they declined, citing that I had accidentally chosen check-in for 6:00 a.m. instead of 6:00 p.m. They also advertise that they provide "clean, well appointed deluxe rooms with comfortable modern facilities to our guests." I've read some reviews claiming this to be a *********** operation -- well, whoever this lovely old couple is clearly doesn't give a **** about cleanliness or customer service.
