      The Children's Place gift cards are zeroed by the company due to inactivity. ********** law prohibits any expiration of gift cards. The company failed to restore the balance on gift cards. They promised to replace the cards within **** business days but nothing happened. We contacted them several times spending about 2 hours with many reconnections. There are 3 cards each $25 value and one with remaining balance about $5.

If you purchased the Gift Card directly from The Children's Place, please provide the receipt or order number for the purchase for further research.       I am rejecting this response because:

      Please read the original text of the complaint carefully. You have already received all the numbers for the gift cards and promised to replace them. Here is the confirmation of our communication: ISS-*****. The representative name is ********.
      Why do you ask for a third-party company when the Children Place has admitted zeroing the gift cards? The gift cards were purchased in 2016, and gift cards never expire in **********. So why do we even have this issue? Why do we have to go through such trouble, spending hours contacting them, begging to return money that they stole?

      I provided the agent with my mailing address which is **********************************. I have spent 40 minutes on the phone due to the agent's bad English and unprofessionalism. I felt totally exhausted after it. Aside from the accent, I noticed that she mixes up numbers and letters. It took me 5 times to repeat my address number by number and letter by letter. Such customer service is not acceptable. Agent's name is ********.

      So I ordered my kids school clothes from childrens place however when I got the box it was damaged and items were missing I reached out via email since thats how they prefer yu reach out I did I never got an response about ** items abs I am forced to pay after ***** even though half of my items are missing Ive included the order number ********* because Ive called no answer emailed no answers

      I placed a order with the company on September 2, 2021 (Order #*********) . The order as delivered on September 5, 2021. The delivery carry (Lasership) was unable to get to my front door because my dog was in the yard. The carrier through my package over my fences. My dog chewed up my items, I contacted customer service an was told by a manager, "The order was delivered, so they cannot replace or refund me for my package, I need to contact the carrier or my financial institution".

      I placed an order of July 30th and paid for fast shipping. I was told I would get my items on August 3rd, the items were in the truck but *** didn't deliver it to my home. I went out of August 4th which I can provide proof with my itinerary and when I came back on the 11th my package wasn't there. I called Children place and they opened a case and *** denied the claim. Children place has not offered a resolution for either a replacement package or a refund. Never have I dealt with a company like this when it comes to lost packages or refunds.

      I never received the first part of my order , Ive been calling and emailing for weeks and never heard anything back . On the website it states the quickest and easiest way was to get a refund . Although I did opt for them to simple resend my order . Today I called regarding the case number I opened only to be told there is nothing they can do because it states my order was delivered. Case number CU-****** . I was told this multiple times . I asked to speak to a supervisor and got hung up on . I spoke to *** and they state that they are investigating. My payment for Afterpay is still due for clothes that I never received and had to purchase in my own at a different store . I will never shop at childrens place for years after this . I have been a customer for numerous years .

      I placed an order with them on the 27th of Aug. They dhipped the order using laserships. No one can give me ingo on my package for delivery and the tracking number isnt a valid tracking number. The delivery services says if its been more than 72 hrs contact the retailer. But when i contact them they know nothing. Childrens place is telling me that they cant cancel my order or eefund my money something needs to be done.
