      Our roof and solar panels were installed by Orbit Solar. They have filed for bankruptcy. We have a 25-year warranty on our roof. We have some damage and would like to know who they contracted with to install our roof so we can get it fixed.

      I purchased a 3 split units for my home. I have a 12 year warranty. I am calling because we need service and just found out the company went out of business. I spent $12,300 on this unit, I did not want to be cheap and I was tired of placing and taking down the window units as I am getting old and with no help. How can I get service on this unit. I am so shocked and the weather is extremely hot. The temperature inside the home is 86. Shouldn't the customers have received some kind of notification?

      The solar panel company went out of business but I believe they caused a leak in my ceiling and I signed the contract with the intent that they would fix problems caused by them.

      I installed solar panels from Orbit Energy back in December 2021 and according to the contract they were supposed to do maintenance every two years. Also, they were supposed to add panels if my electricity bill is high. But, they didnt contact me for the maintenance after two years of installation. While I tried to call the company or message the sell person, they were not responding. While searching internet I found out that this company has filed bankruptcy. Now, Im just paying for the panels without support and possibly paying out of pocket for all the repairs and maintenance that this company supposed to do for next 18 years.

      Had solar panels installed. The panels are actually working great. I did have some issue getting the solar online originally but that was resolved. What my problem now is that My roof is leaking and they are supposed to cover the leak. The company folded and I have no Idea where to go from here. The company that monitors the solar panels just gave me the number for Orbit and told me to contact them. That's when I found out the company folded. Who do I talk to now about getting my roof serviced? There is no information on who to go to now.

      In 2022 I had Orbit Energy install a solar panel system on my home. As part of the agreement, I was told that everything done would be covered under warranty. This includes any issues related to installation and the panels themselves. Orbit filed for Bankruptcy a while ago with no notice to their customers, leaving myself and other with solar panels out of luck. No we are now forced to pay for any damages out of pocket.

      I have Solar through Orbit Energy and Power and the company has gone out of business and did not notify the customers. What company is taking over and who will service my solar?

      I was unaware of how many customers have had a bad experience with Orbit let alone that the company went out of business. Initially Orbit installed a new roof prior to installing the solar panels. It has only been three years since we had all the installation and am having leaks all throughout my house. I had a technician from Sunnova (took over contract) come out to check the panels and they are saying that the leak is from the roof. The tech referred me to make a roof inspection and when I contacted Sunnova they referred me back to Orbit which they know is out of business. What are the next steps? Other than paying off the entire bill to get out of the contract what else can be done? I'm at a loss.

      Had solar installed on the house, the roof started leaking, damage was caused to the ceiling of my childs room, had to company come back to repair the damages. The leak repair failed and got worse, and the repair to my childs room was never completed, now there are more leaks and I've recently started finding mold in the house.

      Paid for new roof with rubber backed underlayment from Orbit Roofing of ********, ** whose parent company was Orbit Roofing in ******, ** on 1-22-22. On 9-1-23 the roof is now leaking and trying to reach company to report damage the numbers have all been disconnected. I paid $6500 for the roof with a 25 year warranty.
