It is advertised that if you complete your visit you get a $20 gift card. But if you don't ask for it you won't get it. That's for my second appointment that has been scheduled the website shows if you complete the visit you'll get a $20 gift card. This seems to apply each time you complete a visit. Otherwise it shouldn't be advertised that way. I am now waiting for I guess a gift card to be mailed to my home since the first visit has been completed. This is great. I mean it is great to offer this type of incentive for completing a visit. This guarantees a person will complete their visit. If they keep this up, I'll be a patient forever.But if I don't end up getting my gift cards I guess you can do the ******* the way, get that Office direct number so you won't have to deal with customer service which is in a completely different area and they waste your time. So save the correct number that links you directly to that office. **** was very helpful in getting me in sooner. And ******* was also fantastic she's the audiologist. What I like about **** and ******* is the fact that they're not rude. You can lose a lot of business being rude. Some people think it's necessary, mandatory even, to cut a person off from speaking. That is the relationship with me. Since that's my biggest pet peeve. Deal breaker 100% False advertisement would be the second pet peeve 100%,Since it will causes trust ********* I can say the office is very clean, quiet, in a gray area, inside of Vons shopping Center on the other side of ********** They're all in the same shopping Center.I say that because that was my issue, finding the location in customer service was no help at all. Do not call them. It's a direct number to hearing life and speak directly to **** or *******.Review from Norma M

I have been to other hearing entities and Hearing Life was the best. They were very personable and made sure they looked for the best results for my hearing loss. This was greatly appreciated! I would recommend Hearing Life to anybody that has a hearing problem. In fact, my wife has scheduled an appointment with them.HearingLife Response
