    I purchased a warranty with AMG Auto for about 4k through DOWC. I'm still paying on the warranty and cannot get services repairs AMG was shifty in their business dealings.

    02/02/2019, I purchased a 2018 Cadillac Escalade from AMG Auto, Inc at **** ***** ** ****, Somerville, NJ *****. ###-###-####. ***.*******.***. In the amount of $121,551.52. They gave me a CARFAX dated 02/02/2019, that stated “No airbag deployment reported to CARFAX. And on “10/10/2018, in ******** Cadillac in New York, NY, the airbag clockwise/reel replaced.” No mention of any type of accident. I have tried twice in 2021 & just recently in 2024, to downgrade my vehicle size to a smaller vehicle. Both times I was told my airbag had been deployed. I received my Cadillac Escalade’s current CARFAX, that states “ EVENT #1, Accident reported on 05/07/2018; vehicle involved in a rear-end collision, Disabling damage reported, and Airbag deployed. The CARFAX I was given on 02/02/2019 the date of 05/07/2018 was not shown anywhere. I feel this vehicle was sold to me with false and misleading malicious intent. I know I would not have purchased this vehicle if I was aware of the airbag situation. Now I’m ready to downsize my vehicle I am unable to due to information I was not informed of at the time of purchase. I believe AMG Auto willingly and intentionally sold me a vehicle they were fully aware I would not be able to sale or trade in at a reasonable price. ******* *******

    Bought a 2020 Ram BIG Horn from mag auto they never gave me my plates or new tags been expired for months no one answers or give me anyway to get plates now I’m buying this expensive truck and can’t even drive it

    Purchased a vehicle on 5/11/2024 from AMG Auto, Inc. and received a temporary license plate. Since then, have not received a title for the car and have had 3 temporary plates. In the meantime, it has come to our attention that this business had been bought out prior to our purchase of the car, which was not disclosed to me. The same physical address and phone number as AMG Auto, Inc. is now dba Rally Exotic Motors (entity id: **********). On 8/12/2024 I called the NJ DMV to get a duplicate title to bypass the dealership and was told that the VIN # was not in my name. Although, they could not provide additional details, it is still in the name of the previous owner. Afterwards, upon getting ahold of the salesperson at "AMG" was told that it's not his problem, that they had received a lot of vehicles at that time without titles, and gave the phone # to another person that could supposedly assist. This person cannot be reached and just goes to a generic voicemail, which I left several with my name & phone #. Beyond not receiving the title, we have a car that was paid for in the amount of $30,500.00 and is not technically in our name to be able to even receive a duplicate title.

    A 2017 Toyota Sienna was purchased on 03/02/2024. Temporary plates were provided to take the car home. The car was purchased in NJ, but would be registered and titled in PA. At the end of March, April, May, and June additional temporary plates were provided without any explanation as to why the permanent plates were not done yet. When calling into business, no additional details could be provided for the status of the title transfer, registration, or plates. Throughout the last 5 months since the purchase, the dealership has become more unresponsive and now claims since 08/01/24 that they cannot issue any more temporary plates and that I will have to wait for permanent plates making the car illegal to drive as the current temporary plates are expired as of 07/30/2024. This is the only car for a family of four to cover both general transport and getting to work.

    Wasn't given the title to the car I purchased nor was it sent to the DMV. I cannot title or register the vehicle, which I tried to do today. I went to the dealership only to find the lot empty and renovations being done on the office. When I called the phone number I was told to go to their other location in Hillside, NJ. Nobody showed up until around 1030 am and this person said it's a new company and he had bought the business. I explained what the problem was and he supposedly called the previous owner to tell "her" the problem. He said she would get me the title by the end of the week to which i asked, how? If theres no location and i have no contact information for them. He said shed call me but refused to give me "her" phone number and instead referred to a sign on the front door asking customers to email them. I emailed and have nor gotten a response. Everything about this place sounds fishy. When you call the number it says Raleigh Auto but when you click thru to speak with someone, they answer, "amg auto. " They told me they haven't been sold and we're just expanding. That's all the information I could get. My temp tag runs out this weekend and I have no idea as to what I'm supposed to do or what I can do. We paid with a bank check which I know is traceable and the only other thing they gave me was the buyers order, temp registration, and temp tag. Something illegal seems to be going on here and i don't k ow what I can or should do.

    I purchased a vehicle from AMG Auto Inc. d/b/a M Sport Motor Cars on March 20, 2024. In my contract I also purchased an Extended Warranty for $2500.00. On May 16, 2024 I received a letter from DOWC that M Sport failed to remit payment for the extended warranty. I tried contacting M Sport and found out they are closed. I send an email to the address listed [email protected] and never received a response. I also contacted ********** since I only purchased the vehicle because it was listed with them and they said they couldn't help. Please help me get my money back that I paid for the extended warranty so I can send the payment to DOWC. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is clearly a misappropriation of funds involving an Elder.

    I traded-in a vehicle on June 12,2024, to date they have not paid the balance to the finance company, ********* ******** After numerous attempts to contact AMG Autos, by phone, text, email and in person, I've gotten NO resolution. Upon, my last visit to AMG Autos on July 7th, for which I had an appointment, the lot and office was empty. There were several other customers there which had appointment were also left shocked that no one was there. I called the ********** Police Dept to file a complaint. As did the others that were there. After several attempts by the police officers and myself, someone said they would come and take care of us . His name is Gino and owner is Tony R****** After waiting for 90 minutes for Gino to show up, he assured me that my trade-in would be paid off by July 10, 2024. After checking today with my finance company, payment was not made nor was any contact from AMG Auto was made asking for payoff amount. Today, I have another car payment due and I don't have the car anymore. I am at my wits end. I've made several attempts today to contact the business and no one answers the phone. I've contacted Gino since I have his text information and texts have been ignored. It also appears that they have not filed registration for new purchases. My son purchased a car that day and got a temp tag which expires today and MVC has no record of VIN. My trade-in was made for my son, ******* ******. My case number at the ********** PD id ******** .. *** ****** ***** ****** ***

    Stay away from these guys. ************* by deception. Do your research people before buying from these guys, we didt do our Homework and we got screwed for $62500, they didnt pay our loan on the trade in and submitted fraud loan application to ************************ should have rejected it but .). AMG auto *** dba M *********** cars that scammed us and scammed 12+ more families. These guys also own parkwood auto mall and BRT and i am sure few more. Who ever got scammed file complaints with NJ **** NJ prosecutors ******, ** AG/consumer affair, NJ DMV, ****** ******** ****** and so on and dont forget local media stations. We did send e-mail/complaints to all the above and more. We got contacted by few of the above.All do the same, it will cost them way more then what they stole and will be in handcuffs very soon (****, ****, *******, ***, J, and all :) :).Contact your own state agencies also. And Media.Lets make sure these guys are put away for a long time this time around.No comment on HPD. Once again $62500.Make sure your complaints/emails ***lude *********** (thats all what these guys use, for their fraudulent loan applications, for our case and few others at least).**** and **** and whom ever please keep your famous replies/response to yourself.
