    On November 13, 2024, I contacted Mlyfe via Instagram to apply Paint Protection Film (PPF) to my vehicle. They assured me same-day service upon drop-off. On November 23, I visited their location, provided upfront payment, and authorized the work. A manager named Sean later informed me that my car wouldn’t be ready that day but promised completion within a few days and offered to cover my cab fare. After several days, I noticed through my Tesla’s camera that my car remained unmoved. On November 26, Sean cited holiday delays and guaranteed completion by the next evening, promising a full refund if unmet, I have this recorded. By November 28, with no progress, Sean requested another chance, suggesting a new appointment on December 6. On December 5, I attempted to confirm via text but received no response. Given their failure to perform any work despite multiple assurances, I decided to cease business with them. Additionally, the credit card authorization form they provided contains a signature that isn’t mine and lists an outdated address. This is my first time disputing a charge, and I believe I should not be billed for services that were never rendered.

    I purchased a service for my car that cost a total of $900 reupholster my headliner. I was aggressively talked into using cash as my form of payment! So aggressive they didn’t let me take my own car to drive to the atm to get cash. They insisted that they take my car keys and start the service, and they’ll have someone drive me to the atm. And the service would be completed the same day! After 7 hours of waiting they told me that my car would not be completed today that I’d have to come back tomorrow! The owner Dimitri reached out and assured me that my car would be completed the following morning and that he’ll be in the office to provide me with a $250 refund as well. The following morning came and I was told my car would be completed that day and that I should arrive at 6pm for pick up. When I arrived at 6pm my car was not ready! After driving 1 hour to pick it up. And then I was instructed to come back the next day. At this point I don’t trust what’s going on. There’s not integrity in that business they possibly could be stealing parts of my car! There are 100s of similar complaints! They need to be investigated and shut down!

    In the beginning of October I brought my car to get apply car play installed. However it seems like Apple car play was never installed because it was never demonstrated to me working. I called multiple times always being told they will explain to me how to work it (because there was a technique to work it) a month later I get a call and their technique doesnt work so I brought my car back once again to the shop to get fixed and was told it will work now and got sent away. Still there is no proof or functionality that displays Apple car play. They took my money and did not install what was promised. My car was a 2019 GLC 350e I spoke with managers **** and ******* and still never got what was promised .

    Had an appt, Tuesday sat there for 7 hrs and nothing got done, then ***** the manager promised hes going to get the work done right the next day the truck sat there for 9 days and everything we agreed on getting done didnt get done.. when I finally picked up the truck I was there for 45 min 4 customers walked in complaining about the same problem they are having with ***** and the business playing games getting people for there money.

    After seeing MLYFE on social media and the amount of work they do and SHAQ even going there, I decided to check them out and use their services. I paid to have Youtube/Netflix installed on my X5. Whatever they installed never worked and they have been giving me the run around to get my money back. They have me chasing around the person who installed the damn thing in my car. All I want is my money back and to be done with this. SEAN and the installer stopped returning my calls. And the woman that works there is extremely rude. September 6, 2024 was the date of "install". I'll see them in court

    I am writing to file a complaint against MLyfe. My car, a 2020 black Jeep grand Cherokee trackhawk has been in their possession since April 2023 for repairs. Despite having spent over $24,000 with them for these repairs, there has been no significant progress, and my car remains unfinished after 17 months. During this time, I have repeatedly contacted the owner Shawn and made several trips—each 3 hours from my home—to check on my vehicle. Every time, I was told that the car would be completed “this month,” but this promise has been made continuously for the past 17 months with no actual progress on the repairs. Additionally, because my car has not been returned, I have incurred over $30,000 in rental car expenses. This financial strain forced me to purchase another car for $20,000 to avoid further rental costs. The lack of transparency and continuous delays by Shawn have caused me significant stress and financial hardship. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with Shawn but they have not provided a satisfactory resolution or compensation for my considerable expenses. I am seeking your assistance to mediate this situation and urge MLyfe to either complete the necessary repairs immediately or compensate me for the costs I have incurred due to their negligence. I would greatly appreciate any support or guidance the BBB can provide in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.     On July ******* I dropped my 2022 Tesla model 3 off at MLyfe to get a wrap, tint, ambient lighting, stars in the ceiling and steering wheel cover. I was given the run around for weeks and when I was finally told to come and pick it up on August 3rd 2024. I was given back my car with a wrap and tint that wasnt even the percentage that I asked for. There was no headliner in because that was still taken out of the car and the steering wheel wasnt even started and there was damage to the steering wheel. I was told the starlights are being worked on but then I went ask to see it myself, I see that it wasnt started yet either. Nothing. I already paid for the services that i didnt receive. I want a refund on my tints and steering wheel as well as the star lights. I came today august 5th,2024 to MLyfe and find out from at least 10 different people that was coming to Mlyfe to get their car done that they were also being lied to and being given the run around. I would come in the girls at the reception would ask me why am I back, your car is done. They proceed to tell me I got everything. But all you had to do was take one look at my car and see that everything was in fact not done. I want my money back for the starlight, for damaging my steering wheel and not covering it, and getting the wrong percentage tints when it says on the receipt.

    On March 30, 2024, I brought my 2018 BMW X6 to MLYFE, A CAR CUSTOMIZATION CENTER to get "tuned up and have exhaust system replaced according to their estimate". A diagnostic test was performed, and I was advised the cost would be $2985.50 to replace the parts and to leave a deposit of $1000.00, and they would notify me when to bring the car back in. After being notified, I had the car towed back to the site and was told that within a week I would receive a call with the status which I never received. For 1 month they gave me the runaround about the parts not being available; I called and visited the site requesting some updated information as my car sat untouched on the lot. After numerous calls, texts and visits, on May 23, 2024 SEAN finally contacted me with the status "THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO DO THE WORK THAT THEY QUOTED". I immediately ask for my $1000 deposit; up to this point I have not received any diagnostic documentation. On May 24, 2024, I had my vehicle removed from their site. To date I am continually getting the run around regarding my refund, as SEAN will not answer calls, texts or make any type of communication with me regarding my $1000 refund, again NO WORK WAS DONE ON MY VEHICLE AT ALL, IT SAT ON THE LOT COLLECTING DUST FOR 2 MONTHS. They knowingly quoted me for a job that couldn’t be completed as they collected and still are collecting interest on my $1000.00
