      This is the email I sent to the car dealership: My husband, ***** ******, bought a 2014 Ford Expedition from your car dealership; *** ******** Ave South Hackensack, NJ 07606 on 6/8/24. We are inquiring about the title status since we need to register it here in IL. I have attempted to contact the dealership where no one answers. Can you provide me with an update on when the title will be mailed to us. I have read numerous yelp reviews that have had the same issue with getting the title. We do not live in NJ and have temporary tags on the vehicle. This is my primary vehicle to use and we need to get it registered in IL. I have attempted to contact them directly and they either don’t answer or transfer me to another number to leave a message. We just want the title in a timely manner. They also increased the sale price of the vehicle by 4,000 than what was listed online; this was discussed with my husband when he went out to purchase the vehicle. The amount they put on their paperwork is NOT the same amount he gave them a check for.

      Purchase a vehicle on 01/30/2024 Paid $2.000 down and finance through *** 24,000 for a total of $33,000 with $746.00 monthly payments and the dealership has not provided us with registration and plates saying that DMV is backed up which is not the case it’s been 5 months of making payments of those five months we were only able to use the vehicle 2 months because the dealership provided us with 2 thirty days tags but since the last one expired we cannot use the vehicle because is unregistered i have call and when i have done so i cannot get anyone to answer it goes to voicemail which i have left many messages and gone personally every week and they give me the run around never had they given me a true reason why they haven’t given us the plate and registration

      I purchased a vehicle from this car lot on Saturday 6/1/24 for my 19yr old daughter. I traded her 2010 ***** cross tour for $4800 and added an additional $7500 cash. The car shut off on her later the same day 6/1/24. The car lot was closed on Sunday. I took the car Monday morning 6/3/24 to the Audi dealer to have the car serviced and checked for why the vehicle shut off. I also called **** at the car lot to inform him as to what had happened. On Tuesday the dealer called me with a laundry list of things that were wrong with the vehicle, most importantly the fuel pump (mechanic failure sporadic in tank fuel pump. oil leak, water pump (water pump leaking coolant) front and rear brake pads and rotors. I told the dealer not to repair anything, but was charged for servicing. I picked up the car and returned it to the car lot. They attempted to get me to take a different car, but when we got in another car to do a test drive, immediately it started shaking. I then told ****, I didn't want anything from his lot and wanted a refund. They have apparently sold my *****, and have given me the run around having me come in every day stalling to refund my money. Every day he tells me he is waiting for the boss. Up until today, I have neither vehicle nor the money. In total for my trade and money added is, $12,354.38. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

      I offered a cash deposit for a vehicle that I later realized wasnt fit for use. Promised a refund and upon multiple requests have had my request to be refunded but owner is avoiding my attempts to reclaim this deposit.

      On February 2 2024 I bought and paid for a 2020 ****** Outback from Venture, they told me that the previous title and paperwork would be sent to me in a week to ten days. This never happened. I have been calling and texting for the last two months but keep getting stories and now they have blocked my calls. I now have this car I paid ****** dollars for and I cant do anything with it.

      I been trying to get the refund for the warranty of my car to pay the remaining balance on the finance company. I had reached out to the dealer multiple times and thru different channels. They just say “I’ll follow up” and do nothing. Now I had to pay the balance because I was getting fees after fees. The dealer has done nothing yet to help me with the refund

      Refinanced a car through them and received a new lienholder and information. They never provided old lienholder with check to close out loan and now I am being required to pay two car payments.

      They sold me a car with issues.. I didnt have the car for more than 2 1/2 weeks and the very first time it rain from me having it water got inside and destroyed the electrical system. The dealer been giving me a hard time giving me my money back.. they told me they was and it been a month and they still havent done anything

      I purchased a vehicle through Venture Motor cars on 12/20/23 and have yet to receive my registration and permanent license plates. My temporary tags expired on 1/18/24 and now my vehicle isn’t legal to drive. I’ve called, emailed and texted Venture Motor Cars and they refuse to give me a proper reason as to why I haven’t received my registration nor permanent license plates. It’s been nearly two months that I’ve bought the vehicle and still there is no help from this dealer in obtaining my registration and license plates. Every time I call this dealer they transfer to someone else, I leave a message and I never receive a return phone call or update regarding my situation. I called the NJ division of motor vehicles and they advised me that no documentation has been submitted for the vehicle I purchased. This dealer is very deceptive and may have not submitted the proper paperwork or they may not have the title for the vehicle I purchased. I was charged a registration fee upon purchase of my vehicle that should have been used towards registering my vehicle. This dealership has numerous complaints regarding providing registration and license plates to customers that have purchased a vehicle through them. I’m asking for The BBB to assist in holding this dealer accountable for lying to customers and not providing documentation that has been paid for by the customer. I have a vehicle that I purchased that cannot be legally driven due to the deceptive practice of this dealership that has yet to to provide me with my registration and permanent license plates.

      We are from PA and purchased a **** Escape from Venture Motors in ****************, ** on approximately 12/16/23. The sale went fine and I recall having to sign the title for the Escape and being told that they can no longer give us a ** license plate on the spot. We were okay with that and left with a temporary license plate (piece of paper) with the expiration date of 1/14/24. We were told the title would come in the mail which would be needed to register the vehicle in **. January 14 came and went and we never received the title. I text messaged the gentleman who sold us the vehicle and he basically said because of the holidays and snow storm services were backed up in the corporate office and we should receive the title soon. Another week or so went by and still no title. My husband called the dealership and asked to speak with someone who could help. They stated that they would call him back and never did. He called again the same week and the following. To date, 2/9/24 my husband has made over 12 phone calls at least to the dealership, and no one can tell him anything or put him in touch with anyone that can help. This is ridiculous and BAD BUSINESS.
