      January 14 purchased 2010 Mercedes Benz from venture. Drove car to home town. Mechanic checked vehicle Five oil leaks found. Reported findings to venture. Said they would fix. Drove hour to store. Repair took overnight. Asked for hotel and food reimbursement. Denied. Venture mechanic failed to reconnect a sensor causing check engine light to come on. Venture said it would turn off eventually. Two days later still on. Mechanic near my current home said $113 to repair. Asked for reimbursement from venture. Reimbursement never received. Took car to third mechanic who said gas was mixing with oil and dripping onto hot manifold possibly causing fire. Reported findings to venture. Told they would make it right. Venture had us drive the hour to their store for second time. A solution was offered. 5000 as a trade in for another car. Loss would have been 5000 for us. Continued trying to get money back. Told to come in third time for a swap of vehicles. Took Honda van to a local mechanic, valve issues. Requested title for Mercedes often. Request ignored. Called NJDMV. No title application filed in last six weeks. Requested refund. Was told it was in mail and tracking number would be texted. Waited all day for text. Called again and was told it would come next day. It didnt. Told check would come Saturday March 4, then on Monday March 6 then.....no package came all that week. There never was tracking number to send. There was no check sent. There were tons of lies and run arounds. With hotels, food, gas, miscellaneous expenses and unreimbursed repair of sensor an extra 1000 has been spent trusting venture. We gave every chance and more. We booked the car at 4000 on Kelly blue book. A possible car to replace ours booked at 10,000. Venture agent said they paid 8000 and 16000 respectively for merecedes and second car. Venture has refused to send our title, failed on promises, failed reimbursement, has no reliable different car, left us with expired temp tag and likely motor fire

      I purchased a 2014 ****** sienna on october 29 2022.my brake was no good so i contacted the dealer and they said they will fix it also i was waiting for my ** plates and after 1 month i got the ** plates and i went to do the ** inspection and the inspection did not pass due to control arm and **** was no good at all and the inspection place told me i need to fix it.so i contacted the dealer again saying my brakes are still not fixed which they promised me to do it and told about the control arm and **** and my inspection didnt pass.so they told me to come and they will do it.when i go there they say they even never told me to come and saying come another day we will look into it.its like 1 month before i purchased the vehichle and i need to spend money to *** the car

      I am rejecting this response because:
      They didnt try to make several response with me.they tried only 2 times.and both time i called them back and somebody speaked and transfered to the lady who called me and left me a voicemail but she dont answer both the times even i left voicemail saying my name my number.they might have heard it and leave it on purpose because they dont wnt to fix it beacuse of them im getting tickets for missing inspection sticker.and they even did forge the loan details  when i went to buy the vehicle it was advertised for 12995$ but on the contract they put 13995$ i have screen recording proof for which they advertised and im going to file complain woth cfpb too they selling vehicle thats are having issues and if we contact them about issue they wont even care and again they tried calling me only 2 times and both the times i called them back But they didnt respond for my voicemail too they have recorded lines they could see it check your phone line first

      In response to the customer's rejected response ******************** has several stores and I go from one to the other during the day taking care of motor vechicle matters and other things, therefore 

      I don't have a set desk or phone ext I use whatever is available at the time so if the customer left a voice message I wouldn't get. With that said he should speak to the manager **** who

      handles service issues and I will have him call him.

       The customer which is me didnt reject the contact from you guys.you guys are rejecting me.if im rejecting why should i contact you guys and even i dove there 1 hour to make to talk about the issue and **** kept me waiting for almost 2to 3 hours to say that he never told me to come..he did it like 3 times .on your voicemail you said call me back then when i cal you dont answr too thats why i left voicemailand if you are moving from store to store still you would see and hear my voice mail which i said my name and the matter on the voicemail then i didnt get no response for that.********** called him several times everytime his response was wil make appoinment and let me know which he never did .

      I am rejecting this response because

      yes i spoke with **** and told me to come thursday which is today(01/12/2023) and when i reach the dealer they said **** is not there and he will be back within hour or 2 i said ok and waited around 1 and half hour and asked whether **** came back they said no he will be back aorund 5pm which is 2 hours again.should i i wait around 4 hours to meet **** which i already stayed like 2 hours again today.if he told me to come tosay why is he not there .you guys just making me come to the dealer and do nothing.Is that the customer service you guys providing.this is my 3or 4 time coming and called like multiple times regaring the issue to be solved but you guys are not trying to solve ** issue as i know.

      I bought a 2017 *** M4 competition from Venture about one month ago. Two days after purchasing the vehicle, one of the turbos completely died on me. The part in question had some sort of bootleg weld done to keep the turbo functioning briefly while the car was up for sale. Ive been fighting with them for the past month to get some sort of compensation for the issue and they havent done a single thing. I keep getting promises that they will take care of it but in reality, they are just pushing for time so that there is no possibility of them being held accountable. The car came with a 60 day warranty that should have covered an issue like this. I feel they took advantage of me and I implore anyone who is in the market for a vehicle to NEVER purchase a car from Venture Motorcars.

Also the agency that we use to process our customer's plates and registration unfortunately is short staffed due to some employees out ill, but we were advised that we should receive them soon.

      Bought a car from them. I was told i was sold a warranty of 3 months or **** miles. *** cars engine blows in first 2 weeks i have the car. Call warranty company and i dont have a warranty. Called venture motor cars and they said they would fix the car. ***y had the car for about a month and did nothing to it. After many complaints they gave me a warranty after the fact (illegal). Car was sent to mechanic to be diagnosed for warranty claim. Claim was denied by warranty company.

      In response to ******************** complaint I refuse to go into allegation of our company selling any illegal extended services as we deal with reputable companies and provide the customer with the company's information. Also Mr. ****** lives minutes from our location and as an unsatisfied customer anyone would of dropped the car off until it was repaired. Last the customer purchased the vehicle on May 26, 2021 why wait until almost a year to submit his complaint.

      Venture Motor Cars charged me $15,000 instead of their website advertised price of $13,000. I have pictures of the ad. I did not catch this error at the time I signed paperwork. I am not saying that they did this deliberately. What I am saying is that the amount on line 1 of the sales contract (the car price) was incorrect. I have already forwarded pictures of the ad to the dealership. They have not responded. When I am able to speak with someone at the dealership they always tell me that they are busy but will call me back. They never call back! I'm tired of this. What I would like them to do is the right thing... send a payment of $2,000 to the lender to correct their error. If they wish, I will be happy to send them the pictures again. I would need a name and email address from them so I can send it to the person of their choice. Whatever BBB can do to help me get this situation resolved would be greatly appreciated.       I purchased a used pickup, upon test driving the vehicle I notice the windshield is cracked and brought it to the attention of salesperson ***** who spoke with his manager and assured me that they will order the windshield and call me once they have it to have it replaced at no cost to me. Manager **** tried to trick me into paying for the windshield by excluding that from the paperwork and then when asked he suggested that I pay half which I refused to do. He later agreed to uphold his original agreement to fix windshield at no cost and wrote that information on paperwork. After 2 weeks of contacting **** about windshield replacement he has been giving me the runaround and each time I speak to him he states that he will get in contact with the person to replace the windshield and get back to me in 1 hour and he doesnt bother doing that. Instead I have to keep calling everyday only to get the same response. Also at the time of purchase **** assured me that the battery was old and triggered the check engine light. The battery was changed and the code reset and **** assured me that there are no issues with the vehicle and if the check engine light comes on after driving for at least 50 miles then I should contact him so he can take care of the issue. Once again **** remains elusive and each day for the past 2 weeks that I have been contacting him he keeps telling me he has to get a specialist and he will call me back before the end of the day and he never does. At this point Im stuck with a vehicle with issues that **** assured me would be addressed and included in the warranty. Now **** is avoiding me altogether and each time I call Im being told that he is in a meeting. I believe **** is avoiding remedying the issues so that the warranty can expire. This business practice is absolutely horrendous and I people ought to know and avoid being scammed by Venture Motor Cars LLC.

      We are truly concerned of the bad experience that our customer described here. If **** gave a runaround to you , we are truly sorry and accept our apology. Let me be clear here **** is taking care of average **************************************************************** another.

      When we sell a large number of vehicles every month, we understands few situations like this may happen but our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. That is why we get repeated customers. How ever the issue that this customer expressed here is taken cared of and we are happy that he satisfied.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      As ****** erroneously stated the issues outlined in the complaint HAVE NOT been addressed. **** continues to give me the runaround and seems more focused on complaining about the complaints filed as opposed to addressing the issues. Please be advised that to date NOTHING has been done to address the issues. **** continues to be in meetings each time I call or when he decides to answer he states he will reach out to his guy and call me back. Im still waiting on that call. It is indeed pitiful that ****** can boast on customer satisfaction and the number of sales when their company is doing such a horrible job at meeting the obligations to this one customer. An apology is indeed a waste if youre just going to lie that the issues have been addressed when that is very far from the truth. The temporary plate in the vehicle expires tomorrow  7/9/2022 and since I have all the lights on in the dashboard I will be unable to register the vehicle unless I take matters in my own hands. Instead of telling lies to save face please go and call the customer and address the concerns. I hope others will not be caught in the web of deceit that is Venture Motors.

      I purchased a car on Novemeber 2, 2021. On, November 17, ******************************************* the middle of the street. ***** my sales rep was suppose to have someone come look at the car and never did. I got my car towed to their shop on Nov. 19, 2021 and have been told numerous stories, first it was the alternator, new battery, etc. the car has been in their position every since. On December 9, *************************************************** ******* **. I spoke to a service rep there who explain he had no authorization to check the car because it's not registered in my name as of today the car is still sitting. I have not had any transportation since November 17, 2021. I was told I will be provided with a rental as stated in my contact and no one has called me. I've been taking ubers to my destinations. I wish to have this contract voided and my down payment return.

      For a month now Ive been waiting for ***** and **** to return a down payment . We had wanted to purchase a car from them that had a salvage title , and gave them ***** dollars to hold the car while we waited to talk to the dmv and our insurance company to see if this was advisable. Our insurance company would not insure the car with collision , so we wanted our deposit back . It has been a month ! We keep calling ! This is literally criminal . We have been so patient , we spoke to them 12 days ago and they said it would take up to 6 days to get the money . What do u know , today the money has still not been returned . So we called AGAIN ! Now they are saying they just put the request in last Thursday ans itll take 48 to 82 hours ? ! I would love to change this review but it has been a month and I feel like this place is trying to get away with robbing my husband and I ! Were a small family who just wanted a car . This cannot be legal . Theres no reason for it to take over a MONTH to give someone a deposit back !

      I bought car from venture auto and pay the full price for the car and never received the title *** * months now and never got the car title *** calling every week and give so many excuses and finally found out the ex owner own tax money for H333*353631333*353835H vehicle plus the dealer have title with lean holder on the car plus car got so many mechanical issues and transmission vault it will coast more the price I paid for the car still until this moment cant register the car because of the tile the whole place is scam and junk cars I need my money back and he get his junk back
