    They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. My order was confirmed 4/14/23. I have contacted them several times this month (May 2023) because that had not sent my order or contacted me about a delay in shipping the order. I was constantly told we have to email the warehouse and someone will contact you by phone or email by the next day. I never got contacted after any of my calls. I finally got them to tell me it was on back order until July 30, 2023. At which time I told them to just cancel my order and give me a refund. They said I would have a refund by the end of that day. Then a couple of days later I received an email saying my order has been shipped. No tracking number or expected date of arrival was given. That was on May 17, 2023. It is now May 31, ********************************************** a refund. I called today and was given the run around again. They said they have been unable to get a tracking number from the warehouse/vendor. I got them to give me the telephone number to the warehouse/vendor. I called and was told the item has not been shipped and that is why they have not provided a tracking number to Industrial Supply, LLC and that they item is on backorder. I will never do business with this company again. They are rip offs, just trying to delay you and give you the run around until you give up. That will not happen with me.
