- All project based expenses are paid on a schedule of 30% down-payment, 40% mid project and 30% at the end of the project before the deliverables are handed over. Cancelling a project without any proper cause results in a 20% "project kill fee". Month-to-month services can be cancelled anytime without penalty. There are no refunds once a payment has been made but they give clients 10 days notice before payment is due to discuss any concerns or changes to services provided.
