Spirit delivered and installed a new dishwasher on Nov 27th 2024. The installation went fine and the installers hit one side of my driveway gates when they were leaving. I sent an email with the photos of the damage to Elyse Rogalski immediately after they left. She acknowledged the email and said they would need an estimate for the repair. The gates were restored in 2022 and I contacted the ironworks that did the restoration. They provided the estimate for repairs of $2230 on Dec 5th and a three week time line. I supplied that estimate to Ms R. on Dec 5th. I have contacted the company several times both by email and phone since then with no resolution. I was told I would get a call back by this past Monday the 16th. I called again this morning and was told that it could be another month before anything is resolved. I asked for someone in management to talk to and was told there there is no one for me to contact. The gate is unable to close, so it is both a security issue and I am not able to let my dogs out loose in the yard.Initial Complaint

The delivery driver 11/4/24. I ask my son to record the box coming off the truck . He was bullied and over powered by 2delivery men . Bullying him about what I instructed him to do they were sneakie . The video of package was done out issue on an open highway phots was taken inside my hole without consent inside my property . Texti messages were sent by delivery drivers located in ********** being hostile and false allegations which was on recording . The owner called me ********** was hostile one sided going up against my minor son ************* needs to be banned a ready I have been put on notice about the company ethics and I see children is not safe.The manager actions were hostile and it was ok for the driver to bully and also I was attack by both the driver and manager in ********** needs to be removed from the company .Phone call higher up then the manager what I experienced she was rude towards me and it is ok for company driver to target minors bullying. We purchased a refrigerator from *****, and it was delivered on May 28, 2024. After completing the installation, we noticed our hardwood floors had damage to them and also after looking closer at the refrigerator it had a big dent on the back top center. We contacted ***** and a complaint was filed, and we were told the shipping company would contact us to resolve. We initially received a call from Lauryn A. who left a message to return her call, we tried multiple times and finally spoke to her. She instructed us to get damage estimates from 2-3 people to repair the floors. And we also sent her photos of the damage to the floor and refrigerator. Since that time, we have yet to be able to contact her and get no response from her either from emails or phone calls where we leave messages for her to call us. We would like some resolution to our claim and particularly a phone call back to get this resolved. We have been unable to get someone to do this repair work since we don't have a lot of knowledge in who repairs hardwood floors and also how to resolve the damage to the refrigerator.Business Response

Spirit logistics delivered supplies from Lowes on 15May2024. While delivering the lumber the forklift operator drove over my lawn and got stuck. He ripped up my lawn and I had to help him get off my lawn. I filed a complaint with Lowes they forwarded it to Spirit. Spirit sent me a paper to file a complaint. I filed the complaint and didn't get a response. The phone number on the paper and website rings then disconnects and when you select HR it goes to voicemail and my voicemail was not returned. I ordered a washer and dryer over a month ago to be delivered and I gat a date of 06/07/24 from 8am-12pm. The delivery was not made on time and I called several times and given another time from 2:30-3pm, and yet again that time has come and gone with no delivery. I called customer service again but this time Im directed to a line that no one answers and when you follow the prompts, the call ends ! This is ridiculous and Im being charged a delivery fee! Now I get a call at 4:14 pm, its the delivery driver and he doesnt have my address and apparently someone put the wrong information in their computer because he had the name of an address that doesnt pull up and now my entire day has been wasted on a late delivery that still may take GOD knows how long! I need my money refunded for this delivery debacle this is completely uncalled for and its very poor customer service on the deli side of things, but funny thing is, I did get any issues when it came to accepting my money for the product and delivery!!! This delivery was completed on 6/7. The team was able to locate the customer within 15 minutes of speaking with him to get directions due to address being incorrect. I ordered a ******* fridge from Lowes in *********** ******* on 4.22.2024. My fridge was delivered by 2 Spanish speaking Americans. I do not speak Spanish so we could not understand each other. When my fridge was delivered on 4.2.2024, it was too big for my front door so I assumed that they were going to take it back and i order a smaller fridge. Instead, they removed both my storm door AND my front door and proceeded to to force the frige in. This action damaged my front door by portions of the wood being knocked off. it also, the "springs" from by storm door could no longer be applied, leaving my storm door to now just flap open and shut. When they put my front door back on, it now makes a noise so loud that it wakes up the neighborhood. It doesn't sit correctly on the hinges, and I have to place a chair on the door in fear that someone can come and kick it in. I have a son to worry about. I called Lowes and a person named **** originally said that he could come out and look at it but he then called back a couple days later and advised that he has contacted someone with their claims department through "Spirit Logistics." Someone from this company sent me a generic letter requesting 10 pics of the damage and 2 estimates. I did this within the required timeframe and today received another generic letter stating that the claim was denied due to "pre-existing" conditions. Called Lowes again today and spoke to 2 very nice ladies and explained the situation "AGAIN" and they nicely told me that its not their issue because their drivers are a 3rd party so they would not be able to help. They provided me ANOTHER number to Spirit because the original number on the denial **********" Just disconnects you. The lady who answer just said that I was out of luck.I am now stuck with a storm door an a front door that I have to barricade at night because neither ***** nor their 3rd party drivers will take responsibility for damaging my property.Business Response

You also knocked off the spring to my storm door so it also does not close properly!!! Just take responsibility for your workers actions and fix my property!!!!

Got a washer delivered from Spirit through ******. The driver flooded my laundry room and tracked mud through the house onto my rug and didn't even say anything before leaving in a hurry. I ordered my dryer next and the same delivery driver left trash behind the dryer, which I had to disconnect and move to clean up. Only for the dryer to be scratched on the top and not work. I had to order a new one when they came back no one informed me there would be two drivers and two different times!!! I was told 4-8pm and I got a very rude call at 2 wondering why I wasn't home!!! No one told me I would get two drivers and left me feeling like I wasn't getting a second delivery to get my dryer. Very unprofessional and disrespectful! ****** Delivery Date: October 10, 2022 ********************: Washer/ Dryer Delivered: ****** Delivery Company Incident: The delivery man connected and tested both appliances to ensure connection. After the installation was complete my daughter started a load of clothes and water from the washer leaked on the guest room floor, garage, kitchen, and hallway. I contacted ****** **************** and was referred to the ********************** company. A Service Man came out a few days later. He noticed the hose was still connected to the washer, not the drain hose the problem was corrected. The delivery service called with the number to Spirit Delivery & Distribution in *********************** to file a claim. This company contacted me by phone, email, and letter for my claim. Spirit Delivery & Distribution requested me to get to floor estimates and to send flooring damage photos which I did. I have been getting the run around from different Claims Adjusters with no flooring repairs or money paid out for floor damage.Business Response

We purchased a new refridgerator from Lowes. Sprit delivered and were supposed to hook up the water line. A few days after they left, we noticed the kitchen floor buckling and the laminate pulling up. We called Lowes, who referred us to Spirit. We got estimates on the damage to the floors and submitted them to spirit, as well as videos of the water line that was not even tightened causing the water behind the fridgerator to spray out and damage the floors.My wife and I are in our 80's. The uneven floow is a tripping hazzard and we are concerned that we will trip on the flooring and hurt ourselves. Its uncontionable that Sprit has done nothig to remedy this except to give us the run around. Then this week, we recieved a letter from spirit stating they are not responsible for the damage. You cannot get in touch with anyone on the phone and all communications with the company are from / to general emails with no person handling the issue. Letters are signed "spirit logistics".This seems like quite the scam with Spirit performing inadequate work, lowes putting it on them and spirit not genuinely concerned to reemdy the issue.Since Spirit takes not fault, I guess we will now have to get an attorney and take them to court.Business Response

The claim has been denied for multiple reasons. We were never informed of a leak; if we had been we would have gone back to correct it. There are two different floors shown in the photographs, so we are not sure which floor is the problem. Some of those pictures of the flooring show everyday wear and tear for flooring that has been down for an extended period of time which is not our responsibility to update. In addition, we do not upgrade a current standard floor to a high premium floor so if you are getting quotes for premium flooring and do not already have premium flooring those quotes will not be accepted.Initial Complaint

I purchased a refrigerator from Lowes in *******, ** on 7/16/2023 and they had Spirit delivery it on 8/3/2023. While bringing the fridge in they hand truck hit the door k**** and facing of my front door and my kitchen door damaging both. I have sent photos to both Lowes and Spirit. The claim was filed 8/7/2023 and I received the notice. I had not heard from Spirit so on 8/24/2023 I went back to Lowes, they helped me contact Spirit. I was told by Spirit that I would hear from them within a week. I have not heard from Spirit. I am asking for $650 to have the 2 doors repaired.Business Response
