    The organization is a youth baseball club. Payment was submitted for both spring and summer sessions. Half the funds go towards spring and the other towards summer. The spring session did not provide the required coaching and services promised by the organization, multiple complaints were made to the owner Frank Dasti, to response. Complaints were made by most families. The summer sessions were cancelled and no communications was made other than the summer was cancelled. Many, many emails were was posed to the owner and others about the funds being returned to now answers. Calls, text and emails were not provided, leading to extreme stress and frustration. After 2 months we receive a text that the summer funds will be returned “this weekend by mail”. Two weeks later and money has not been returned nor have multiple emails have gone unanswered. Frank D**** the owner is not acting in the best interest of children and taking money and not providing services.

    On January 5 2024, I signed my son up for this club baseball team paying for both the spring 2024 and summer 2024 season for a total of $2,900. On June 13th I received an email (see evidence below) stating that they were not able to hold a summer season and that they would refund our money back. I have emailed Frank numerous times and requested my payment back via venmo. He declined the request for re-payment and has ignore my email. Any help that you can provide wold be greatly appreciated.
