      Shady business practices. They serviced my car, was not done professionally and they acknowledged fault but still wont fix it. They avoid communication and run their business solely for money. They dont care about the customer.

      BEWARE!Horribly shady and very crooked. These people lie and are very deceptive. They advertise a price and then change it without any reason. When I asked for the sale manager *** refused to tell me who it was. When I asked for the name of the owner she hung up on me. The owner is *************************. All you have to do is ****** the name and the dealership and you will see how crooked they truly are. They have been involved in many deceptive practices. I wouldn't buy a bicycle from them. They use any tactic including bait and switch. People drive to get cars that don't even exist. The should be shut down.

      Horrible!!! Lost paperwork, lied to bank, tried to switch VIN #. Not a care about customers. No compensation, and as replacement tried to only show 2 cars that were not comparable. Filed police report, price gouging. Title was lost

      They advertise vehicles that are not available even if you call and make an appoitment once you are there they try to sell you another vehicle. I asked to see 2 different cars both were not available. Scammers

      Never Ever get involved with this place. They GIVE the real definition to the meaning of SHYSTER.Last night I left my contact information on their website. This morning at 9 am, I saw I had two missed calls from a ***************. EXTENTION 1273.I called her back and we spoke at length about the car. I explained to her that I was out on Long Island and if I took the journey there, I wanted to be sure the car was there also.She totally confirmed the car down whereas I felt confidant the car was the one I wanted to see.I assumed from my conversation that she was the "sales person" whom I would see when I arrived.I was very clear that I was taking a 90 minute ride from Long Island. I asked her to please have the car out front when I arrive. Furthermore, I confirmed my estimated time arrival of 11:10 with her.When I arrived, I was told that ***** was the liaison who just set the appointments up but a salesman would be assigned to me.The salesman, *** was very nice but had NO IDEA what car I was inquiring about. I took the stock number out and gave IT TO HIM.The bottom line is THE *** WASNT THERE. It was 10 minutes away. It was the most unprofessional car dealership I was ever in.DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING A *** FROM THESE PEOPLE.

      I attempted to purchase a vehicle 2020 GLS450 they had listed for sale on their website at full asking price. 2 hours before come at the dealership and confirm with sales person **** that the 2 vehicle still available. When I get there the sales person its not there and they send me a new salesman name ******, I was told 1 of the vehicle not available and the other vehicle had a lot problems with engine and etc and was not for sale as a result. Then I was steered to a much more expensive vehicle $13000 above the price and presented with an additional $2500.00 dollars in made up fees! I was told the fees were standard ********** dealership practices and told it was law in the state to charge a $2,500.00 fee to out of state buyers ? Then told a fee of $1,000.00 is for filling out the sale contract Then I was told a $300.00 tax release fee would be necessary because I was paying tax in **. There basically operating a criminal empire at this dealership. I would like some action taken against this dealership for there predatory practices.

      I was looking for a 2020 ******** **** C43 AMG. I inquired through Autotrader about the vehicle at this dealership. I was message by an employee of the dealership, who advised me the vehicle was still available. I then inquired about the condition of the vehicle. I was advised by the same employee through text message that there wasnt anything wrong with the vehicle. I contacted the dealership via phone and once again confirmed with an employee that there wasnt anything wrong with the vehicle. I booked a flight to come and purchase the vehicle with the understanding it was used and that it may have some minor dents or scratches. When I got there I advised them I had an appointment with an employee about the vehicle. I was then advised this was a wholesale car and there was undisclosed frame damage on the vehicle. I explained I was never told this information when I was communicating through text and on the phone with their employees. I was advised that the employee doesnt exist and that a call center handles their calls. They had similar vehicles on the lot with higher mileage that I looked at to see if there was something else I was interested in. I was not so I didnt purchase another car from them. I had to rent a car to get home. I contacted the dealership and requested to be reimbursed for my flight and rental car costs, a total of $339.77 for inconvenience due to deceptive business practice. A salesman then agreed to take my request to his manager. I was provided an email to send my receipts to. This was completed the following day. I heard nothing for two weeks so when I called the man I eventually spoke to wouldnt tell me his name but he had a foreign accent. He continued by telling me this was fully disclosed on all sources. I then advised him of my screenshots of both their website and autotrader descriptions of the vehicle which dont disclose the damage. I was called cheap and crazy. I was then told to shove it up my a** and hung up on.

      KEEP AWAY!! Before visiting 21st Century I called to make an appointment to test drive a ************ front desk representative confirmed that the car was available. Upon arrival I waited for a salesman he asked me many questions about how much I was willing to spend or put down before seeing the car. After that, he took my ID and came back to let me know that the car had problems it wasnt for sale that its wholesale only then tried to sell me another car that I wasnt interested in buying for a higher price. What a joke and waste of time. Businesses like this will not stay open for long. I do believe all the other reviews are FAKE! There are way too many reviews with the same exact story. & please, do not respond to my review with an ignorant lie of a comment. Im not here for that, I already wasted my time once. My review is to warn buyer to be aware of these scammer and their tactics. Safe shopping!

      We went to this dealership on July 8th, I called to confirm abiut a tesla model 3 that was listed for 32,***. I called twice to confirm if ***** were dealership fees or any othe fees. Was Categorically told NO. Tha car showed clean carfax. Once we got there we met with Ukranian or russian gentleman. zhentoldnus car has frame damage. When i called they didnt mention that, i asked for a sdcond car that was also listen for $32,*** he goes to tell me the car is actually $37,000 , price online is a wholesale price, is this a dealership or a ******* What the h*** is wholesale price am i suppose to be buying 10 cars at once. Drove 2 and half hours spent 40 dollars in tolls plus gas and time. Their sales reps ******** is like they are doing you a favor by talking to you. Long dtory short found another car and paid $40,000 and i am more than happy with the respect and service i got from the dealership. The 1 star reviews are actuslly the correct reviews 5 star review are their own made up ones. This dealership preys on people that are not too financial literate. there is literally thousands of dealerships but i have never ever seen such arrogance in my life. They lost a $40,000 and i am confident they will loose $4 million in sales as well. IT does not matter if you have $50 or $50,000 in fees or charges that is your choice, When someone calls do not make promises about the price. If i could give this place 0 stars i would do that. This is not only a stealership but bunch of uneducated, unethical gangsters working here.

      The price they put on the car when you get there is different. The company really have nice cars. Their finance is tricky. It is best to buy cash if you are not raising up your credit history
