  I recently contacted 21st Century Auto Group with high hopes of purchasing a *** 5 series. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The advertised prices were significantly lower than what was presented online. Hidden fees and unexpected charges were added, making the final price much about $5k than anticipated. There is a $2,995 dealer sign in fee, if you aren't in the miltitary there is a $745 fee and if you aren't a student there is an additional $795. Not to mention the $999 document fee.This kind of deceptive pricing is unacceptable and misleading. I urge potential buyers to be cautious and thoroughly verify all costs before making any commitments. Transparency is crucial in building trust with customers, and I hope the dealership takes steps to improve their pricing practices.

  This used car company are SCAMMERS!! They falsely advertise luxury vehicles that they dont have in stock for cheap rates!! When you get there they try and make you purchase a higher priced vehicle with more miles!! They dont have the cars they advertise and I drove 4 hours after I spoke with the sales person **** three times and he texted me and someone else called me from there and said they had truck. When I got there they said they sent it back last week to auction!! They are SCAMMERS!! Dont purchase with them!! They also wouldnt let me speak to a Manager!!

  Called about purchasing a truck and the company failed to tell me that it was out of service and drove 2 hours to purchase it. Nowhere on the website did it mention the truck was out of service and had problems. I called 3 times to make sure it was there and available for purchase. I could have saved my day by going somewhere with a truck that was actually drivable. Poor experience. Terrible customer service. Stay away from here.

  Obvious deception! Categorical refusal to sell online, pay online, and most importantly >>> a preliminary video screening of the selected car, etc. I could not get a direct video broadcast of the selected car, as it is NOT available... You have chosen your car on this site - ask for a video chat in order to make sure that this car is actually present in this store... And you are 50% - you will never get a live video broadcast of your car! Do not waste time - demand a live video broadcast with a visible VIN number, only then set a time for signing documents. I never received, after five days of requests, a live video broadcast of the selected car.

  Shady business practices. They serviced my car, was not done professionally and they acknowledged fault but still wont fix it. They avoid communication and run their business solely for money. They dont care about the customer.

  BEWARE!Horribly shady and very crooked. These people lie and are very deceptive. They advertise a price and then change it without any reason. When I asked for the sale manager *** refused to tell me who it was. When I asked for the name of the owner she hung up on me. The owner is *************************. All you have to do is ****** the name and the dealership and you will see how crooked they truly are. They have been involved in many deceptive practices. I wouldn't buy a bicycle from them. They use any tactic including bait and switch. People drive to get cars that don't even exist. The should be shut down.

  Horrible!!! Lost paperwork, lied to bank, tried to switch VIN #. Not a care about customers. No compensation, and as replacement tried to only show 2 cars that were not comparable. Filed police report, price gouging. Title was lost

  They advertise vehicles that are not available even if you call and make an appoitment once you are there they try to sell you another vehicle. I asked to see 2 different cars both were not available. Scammers

  Never Ever get involved with this place. They GIVE the real definition to the meaning of SHYSTER.Last night I left my contact information on their website. This morning at 9 am, I saw I had two missed calls from a ***************. EXTENTION 1273.I called her back and we spoke at length about the car. I explained to her that I was out on Long Island and if I took the journey there, I wanted to be sure the car was there also.She totally confirmed the car down whereas I felt confidant the car was the one I wanted to see.I assumed from my conversation that she was the "sales person" whom I would see when I arrived.I was very clear that I was taking a 90 minute ride from Long Island. I asked her to please have the car out front when I arrive. Furthermore, I confirmed my estimated time arrival of 11:10 with her.When I arrived, I was told that ***** was the liaison who just set the appointments up but a salesman would be assigned to me.The salesman, *** was very nice but had NO IDEA what car I was inquiring about. I took the stock number out and gave IT TO HIM.The bottom line is THE *** WASNT THERE. It was 10 minutes away. It was the most unprofessional car dealership I was ever in.DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING A *** FROM THESE PEOPLE.

  I attempted to purchase a vehicle 2020 GLS450 they had listed for sale on their website at full asking price. 2 hours before come at the dealership and confirm with sales person **** that the 2 vehicle still available. When I get there the sales person its not there and they send me a new salesman name ******, I was told 1 of the vehicle not available and the other vehicle had a lot problems with engine and etc and was not for sale as a result. Then I was steered to a much more expensive vehicle $13000 above the price and presented with an additional $2500.00 dollars in made up fees! I was told the fees were standard ********** dealership practices and told it was law in the state to charge a $2,500.00 fee to out of state buyers ? Then told a fee of $1,000.00 is for filling out the sale contract Then I was told a $300.00 tax release fee would be necessary because I was paying tax in **. There basically operating a criminal empire at this dealership. I would like some action taken against this dealership for there predatory practices.
