      Left 2 dogs for almost 2 weeks. While bathing one dog, his paw was cut and he was sent to vet for staples. I was out of the country. The stay was over $2,000all I kept hearing is the vet bill is covered (no shit) and so are the antibiotics ( duh.. u r the ones who cut my 1 year old rotties paw). Upon pick up, I asked if there was any gesture offered as my dog was entrusted to them yes, accidents happen, but as a business person, you know someone wants a gesture, and would need to take off work and take him to vet for staples (I actually had to take him two times). The response I got was what do you want his stay to be free? We paid for the vet visit. No not *** free, but then she asked what would make u happy. I said it is not for me to say, as it is your business.. bill was $50 off. Ok so I am not saying this is only about money (but $2000 is a lot for me for a 12 day stay). When I think about ityeah u should have given me 50% off for one dog! His staples came loose one day and I had to take him back to their vet and then had to go back again. Both days, had to leave work,.,.. not right. I now leave my dogs at a lovely family for half the price. Used them for years.. no more

      ********,I am sorry we had to learn about your displeasure in this manner. You could have contacted us at anytime. We very much enjoyed ***** and *****. You are speaking of a conversations that occurred Dec. 9, 2023. I would like to clarify some of your statements. 1. Your bill with us totaled ********. It was not over $2,000.00 (if you would like we can resend your invoice.) 2. The bill was not $50 off. It was $150.00 off and additionally there was no charge on Maizys bath. 3. The staff was told to make sure you understood that all vet expenses would be taken care of, so i am sorry if you took that as an insult to hear multiple times. I spoke to you personally on the phone when you were picking up (as I was out of the office) but, as one of the owners, if I insulted you in any way regarding the situation by asking you, or if you were not happy with us, I truly apologize. I thought that we had a nice conversation and I asked how we could help because I genuinely wanted to make you happy.
