To Whom It May ******* :On 10/26/22 my beloved pet **************** had PU surgery and I was told that the surgery was uneventful and that hes recovering and he has a big pee holenow and that hes urinating. He was discharged and once I looked at him I immediately noticed that something was seriously wrong ! He was very distended and his big pee hole was sealed closed and he was unable to urinate even though he kept trying. I called GSVS and the ** Dr was supposed to call me back and never did! I rushed ***** back to GSVS only to have more testing done and spend more money and it was confirmed that he was dying and that euthanizing him would be the best option ! I requested to speak with his surgeon and never was able to. Why was I told that he was fine and urinating ? No one mentioned the distended abdomen ! Why wasnt an ultrasound done prior to discharge ? GSVS states that they are compassionate and caring, then why cant I have some answers ? I think a refund would be most definitely warranted or most appropriate ! I was told that someone would speak to the director and call me regarding a price adjustment on the bill but this never happened ! I also e-mailed the director and mailed them a request form to release ****** medical records so I could get some answers and I never received anything ! I am requesting a refund from the surgical date 10/26/22 and the day I returned with ***** dying on 10/28/22 for fees for further testing and euthanasia totaling $5,638 I feel that this hospital should honor its logo with a heart symbol that states ****************** I also would really appreciate being able to read his medical records as I have already mailed them a release form.Thank you !************************* ***************************************************** **************
