    I purchased a lifetime warranty from Auto Souce in June of 2018 for a vehicle- 2015 Jeep Compass High Altitude when purchased from Asal Motors (*** ********* Ave, East Rutherford, NJ 07073). The lifetime warranty covers the engine and transmission for the life of the car unlimited miles while under my name which it still currently is. The engine died 2 weeks ago, I had it towed to my mechanic. I have tried to reach out to Auto Source multiple times for the last 2 weeks with no form of response. I called, left a message 7 times, Emailed 3 times, my mechanic called and left 2 messages with all required information. Still no response and I do not have a working vehicle which is causing major hardship at this time even though I paid a large lump sum to purchase the warranty in 2018. I am in high need of a solution to this issue of not being able to contact this warranty company.

    They are not returning my phone calls for my warrant claim calls. I am not sure if this company still in business or it is a fraud company.

    Im trying to fix my car with this extended warranty that I purchase when I purchased my car is called AutoSource I have tried several times to communicate with him and now the phone is disconnected. I pay $1700. I would like a full refund this company scams people I need your help. I dont know what else to do. I am disable and I definitely hope they took a vantage of me.
