    On 7/11/22 I went to Karing with Kindness for a prosthesis and bras (I am a mastectomy patient). As soon as I walked in I gave them a script from my cancer dr. and they had me sign a bunch of insurance paperwork. Then I had a fitting. They did not have a prosthesis in my size nor did they have any bras in my size so ***** said she was going to order them and when they come in I could come and try them on and see if I like them and see if they fit. I did not purchase them without trying them on. I told ************ would not buy them without seeing if they fit properly.I called a few days later and left a few messages to see if the products came in. No one ever called me back so on 7/18/22 I went to another mastectomy place and bought a prothesis and 2 bras.I called Karing With Kindness again and got a message machine again. Again, no call back.Meanwhile I got the *** from ******** saying they paid the company for a prosthesis and 2 bras. I called ******** and my secondary insurance and told them I did not get the prosthesis or the 2 bras. I put in a fraud claim with ********.I called Karing and left another message. This time a woman named *** called me back. I told her I did not purchase anything from their store and they needed to call ******** and straighten it out.2 days ago I got a message on my machine from Karing saying my prosthesis and 2 bras are in, come and pick them up. (mind you it is a month after I first went there)I called today & talked to *** again & asked if she straightened it out & sent the money back to ********* She said no, I signed paperwork and she is disputing the claim. She said I HAVE to take the ***************** she got in. I told her I did not purchase them. I would never buy something as important as a ***************** without trying them on.She then hung up on me.Karing with Kindness fraudulently billed ******** and ************************************* (my secondary insurance). They need to give the $ back
