    Never use a dealer Chevrolet Lester Glenn in town ********** **. They don't want to see customers there and treat them very badly. The clerk in the service department say to me - if you don't like it, then go look for another dealer .

    Customer pulled in 4/23 late afternoon with multiple warning messages on her 2022 Bolt. We performed a preliminary scan in the drive and pulled ECM module codes. **** explained to the customer that we would do our best to get it in to be further diagnose hopefully the next day, and shuttled them home. Unfortunately working on the Bolt requires fully trained certified A Bolt expert technicians. We meet the ** requirements, and have two trained. However, both were in the middle of big jobs and were unable to further diagnose her vehicle until this morning. **** updated the customer yesterday and at that point asked to speak with the manger. *** called her and attempted to explain the situation and told her it would be going in first thing in the morning and we would provide her a rental at that point, but she was not happy with that answer. As promised, the vehicle was brought in this morning, fully diagnosed, and the needed part was ordered and will be here overnight. **** once again updated the customer and made arrangements for a rental to be provided. The customer will be here at 3:00 to pick it up.

    I purchased a car from Lester Glenn Chevrolet in freehold on Aug 1st 2023. Car had accidents on the report but i was assured up and down that the car was inspected and absolutely fine. Car had a front end shimmy at speed and upon inspection found a CV boot leak among other problems. Getting in touch with service and getting people to return phone calls regarding this issue has been an absolute nightmare. After 3 attempts to fix the issue it persists and i am currently going through lemon law process because of this nightmare. I would absolutely never recomend this group to anyone looking to buy a car. Spend your money elsewhere.
