    Ordered a transmission and was given the run around about waiting for parts while the parts were readily available on line. Seems like this business has had multiple complaints of the same kind and it is a wonder that they haven’t been shut down for fraud. Asked to cancel my order and it has been a month with no refund. Been told the check is in the mail, mail is not that slow and have never received any check. Ordered the same transmission from a reputable dealer and had it in three days. Just want my refund and to put this whole ordeal behind me.

    Ordered a remanufactured transmission from this company on 3/26/24. Company could not deliver transmission due to not getting parts. Company kept telling me can't get parts and last fall said he would return money. Company did they would mail a check. It is January and no check has showed up. Car is still down because no transmission and no refund. Want the money returned.

    Ordered transmission on 4-19-24 Failed to deliver product in allotted time requested refund on 7-5-24 Stated refund was mailed on *************** requested stop payment on first refund due to not receiving it and a replacement check be sent with tracking number It is now 1-20-25 /199 days since I canceled order and still have not received refund. States he needs to get to post office. Hard to believe it takes 200 days to get to post office. The man is a fraud do not purchase from this buisness

    At current 206 days since refund was requested no refund received. As slow as the **** can be at times, it does not take 206 days to deliver a mail piece. No tracking number on a check over $1k is **** at best. You *** are a liar and fraud. You refuse overright delivery at my expense.

    I ordered a transmission from this company on February 2 2024 this guy has had more excuses then I every heard in my life in November I asked him to give me my money back that he has had since February 2 in the sum of 1444 dollars he has lied to me since November 13 that he sent the check on January 14 I emailed him again where is my money his response was l will have to check into it

    Ordered a transmission in July that i never received. I cancelled the order in August due to not receiving what i paid for. I have emailed multiple times and they say i will be getting a refund they havnt had time to get to the bank yet just excuses. Its now December and still have not received a refund. At this point Im out ******* and my truck is still broke down because i dont have the funds to buy another transmission untill i get a refund.

    I ordered a 4R100 transmission with upgraded torque converter on 9/19/24 for $1872.50 (price plus tax). I was told I would receive the transmission within 7-10 days. On 10/7/24 I called to check on the transmission since I had not received any more communications or a transmission. He sent an email at that time saying they were waiting on the valve body and electronics to complete and would email when ready. On 11/7/24 I contacted them again and was told that they do not have the transmission and I could request a refund through email. I requested a refund that day and received an email the next day saying Order canceled. Refund check to be mailed to the name and address as it appeared on the check we received with your orderTwo and half weeks went by and still no check. I called AGAIN on 11/26/24 and asked what day the check was mailed and AGAIN he said give me about 10 minutes and Ill let you know. He sent another email saying I checked, mailed last Thursday 21st, to the name and address as it appeared on the check we received with your order.Two more weeks went by and I called AGAIN on 11/5/24 and asked what address the check was mailed to and AGAIN was told give me ***** minutes and Ill get back to you. Then sent me an email saying I checked, sent to address from original invoice. (Address deleted for this post)*********, sc ***** It's out there. If you want I can put stop payment on it and send another from post office with tracking. Let me know.If the check was actually mailed, it was mailed to the wrong address and I have the emails to show it. This activity seems to be a recurring problem with this company if you read the complaints on the BBB. This is fraudulent activity and the business should be investigated and shut down. I intend to file a lawsuit in small claims court if he doesnt actually send me a check with a tracking number timely. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!

    I am rejecting this response because:

     The
    representative said he mailed a refund check but mailed it to the wrong
    address. Im doubtful he ever mailed the check due to he had my correct
    address clearly in the email of our original transaction. Now he states he
    is going to send a check with a tracking number but that was on 12.6.24 and
    I still do not have a check or tracking number. Now he is claiming that he
    cant drive to get to the post office because he had eye surgery. He is a
    fraud and I plan to contact the licensing board to complain.
    I am not satisfied with any outcome so please dont close the case.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    He states he sent the check to the address on the check but he did not. He emailed me the address he sent it to and it was the wrong address, not the address on a check (which he never actually got a check, it was an electronic check via transfer). Now he is saying he will send a check with a tracking number when he gets to the post office. That was over a month ago, December 6, 2024. I read online that this seems to be a common practice by this guy/business. Seems like a common con man.

    The company has not refunded me my money. He keeps saying he will send a check with a tracking number when he gets to the post office and that was over a month ago. No refund has been sent. I will not be satisfied until the full refund is received.

    On September *******, I sent a personal check to Toms River Transmission to purchase a reconditioned transmission. They cashed the check but gave me the run around as to when I would receive the transmission when I contacted them on the shipping date. I waited and contacted them again and they told me they were waiting on parts. I waited several more weeks and still they gave me the same response about waiting for parts. I canceled the order several weeks ago and they told me that they will send a refund check Oct. *******. It is now 11/14/2024 and I have sent them several emails, asking about my refund but I have yet to get the refund check or even a response as to when I will get my refund. Can you contact them and ask them to do the right thing and send me my refund? Thank you.

    About 12 months ago I was looking for a transmission found their website they electronically withdrew funds from my account a month went by and I called on it and was told that the valve body was broken there waiting on a new one a month after that I called back to find out what was going on the housing had cracked was told for refund your money waited 4 months called back find out where my money was oh I mailed the check I'll put a stop payment and I'll send one when I get to the post office a year ago

    Paid for via email check transmission 4T1004x4. Funds where taking out of my bank account. 30 minutes after placing order. Sent email to ** and he told me 10 days max will have transmission. He said he would refund my money after 3 moths of no building my transmission and sending it to me. Now 5 month waiting on him to mail me a check. Can't get to the post office.
