      I just went to Route 46 Nissan to inquire about a used car that was listed at the price of $17,995. The listing also included the statement: "Price includes all costs to be paid by consumer, except for licensing costs, registration fees, and taxes." When I sat down with the manager *** who ultimately makes the deals, he indicated there was going to be dealer fees (as well as maybe others) in addition to the standard licensing costs, registration fees, and taxes and the final price would be in the low $20,000, so I was looking at a final price anywhere from $4,000 to $5,000 more above the list price of $17,995. Not stating anything about dealer fees in the listing is completely disingenuous and seriously lacks transparency. If you are going to charge dealer fees above and beyond the list price, than this fee should be included in the list price or at a minimum, a note should be provided to the consumer on the listing to indicate that additional deal fees will be added to the list price. My trip today was a total waste of time and I will never deal with Route 46 Nissan again. I will go to a dealer who believes in integrity and transparency.

      If I could put negative stars, I would. I saw a 2021 Nissan Versa SV for $14,995 online, called and confirmed the price, and I even asked about buying the car outright cash which they were okay with. I went in today to see the car, test drive it, and talk turkey. I didn't low ball them on the price, I accepted the price as it was. No hassle. He asked me if I was going to finance the car, I said no - I'm paying cash. He said well then you have to buy the extended warranty "certified" for $3,995. I said no, I just want the car with the factory warranty. He brought his manager out and he outright denied selling the car to me unless I bought the extended warranty for $1,600 OR put $5,000 down and financed the rest ($375 a month payment). I confronted them that nowhere online does it say that I have to either finance or buy the extended warranty, and if I would've known that I wouldn't have even come to see the car. He said "well our lawyers have looked over it and it's fine." I have never had a dealer deny a sale unless I pay more on the back end.

      STAY AWAY, FALSE ADVERTISING, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. REPLACED ORIGINAL TIRES THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE VEHICLE WITH WORN OUT TIRES.I wish I came to this site first before even coming here as it appears everyone has similar complaints and there does not seem to be any protection for scams to customers and thats why businesses like this will never stop.Short version since its similar to others.Car advertised price with no fingerprints $20995 ****** miles. Tires were switched probably by that dealership with tires that probably had ****** which I pointed out. After sitting down, they write the price as $24,995 before taxes or fees. When i inquired, they added a warrantee that I said I did not want. After ensuring that my final answer was I don't want the warrantee, they flat out said, I am not selling you the car at the advertised price. I have an audio recording of this interaction that pending legal clearance i will share all over ******* and other social media platforms once I confirm its legal to do so. Their manager who came to somehow convince me i need to pay the ***** was very unprofessional and uneducated and could not even make a decent argument. Do yourself a favor and avoid that dealership. I'll say this again, I wish i came on this website prior to visiting that so called dealership in ******.

      I bought a car from them in Feb 2023 with 800 miles on it. Was told car was in a minor accident. Now all 4 tires are bad. I asked them to check the tires due to a light being on. They didnt do an inspection on the car before I drove it away. The windshield things u have to squirt out the fluid to clean your windshield are both broken and I am missing the **** that should be in the car. All 4 of my tires have the metal belt poking through them and my car is unsafe to drive. They let my husband drive home w my child in the car without inspecting it. I live in ** and drove all the way to get my car because they are limited. The manager, sales person have not returned my calls. The service person told me he has nothing to do w my problem. I need this car to get back and forth to work.. steer clear of this dealership

      From November 2013 to January 2019 the service area was wonderful. Unfortunately, in April of 2024. I made an appointment to see about a problem with a missing panel of my Rogue that was purchased on 11/30/2023 that was missing from the back of the driver's side behind the wheel. I had to wait for an employee to help me for over 10 minutes. There was a young lady ****** ******* on the phone and then there was a (White ******* who had been working at the service area for more than 10 years putting on makeup and sitting near the service area waiting room. This ****************** asked me how he helped me. I told him that I was missing a panel behind the diver's wheel. I told him that the passages have it and that I shouldn't have to pay for it because the vehicle is under warranty. In the meantime, he told the manager who was sitting in his office that I wanted the repair for Free. The first thing is that the service area is terrible and very unprofessional. On another note! I was told by my Finance Manager if I made 6 payments on time that my interest would go down after 6 months. I contacted Nissan customer service to see if after making my payments on time my interest went down. The representative replied saying that's not true. I have made several calls to Nissan to speak with the finance manager and have been told that he is not available or not in or he is on vacation or his voicemail is full. This is also very unprofessional. After I pay for my vehicle I will never recommend to family members, friends, or co-workers to purchase or service from Rt 46 Nissan.

      Told they would not sell me a car because did not want an extended warranty -tarted to walk out and they called us back -sold unsafe vehicle - bad brakes needed front and back brakes- 2 bad tires needed new tires -stained seats, dirty interior told would be cleaned and wasn't - After being sold unsafe vehicle told I had to pay $165 for 2nd key program - my family will never return and i have been buying from them for 20 years - there are many other nissan dealerships - It isn.t the salesmen it is the management

      Went to dealership to buy a car I saw advertised. They would not honor the price unless I financed through them and or purchased a over priced warranty. Complete bait and switch. I dont know how they get away with this.

      This is the worst dealership in my 77 years have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They sold me an unsafe car I took it to my mechanic for starters all the brakes and pads had to be replaced, I dont know if they changed the tires after I purchased the vehicle or I didnt notice but back tires were bald. When the car was delivered to me it was as dirty as it was in the dealership. They only gave me one key they told me to come back for another ******* they want to charge me $500. They did give me new brakes and tires but why sell an unsafe vehicle to begin with. Be very careful in dealing with Nissan ****** **. Prior to purchasing the vehicle they told me unless I buy the warranty they cant sell me this or any used car. Unfair sales practices. This vehicle is a 2020 Nissan Rogue SL

      I went to this dealership to buy a car which i saw online for a reasonable price whe i got there they confirm the price ****** when doing the paperwork they told me i have to buy a **** dollars warranty plan or they would not sell the car to me they never mentioned this untill the end!! They are lying and using deceptive practices to get customers to their dealership, note and not the only one wirh this complaint..
