    i filed a complaint against this horrible company months ago after getting numerous phone calls from ****** and *******. They keep calling me, my wife and family members (no clue how they got their phone number) many times and keep trying to get me to sell my house. This is now harassment. They have no process in place to check if someone is on the do not call list (like myself and family are) and after many requests and emails they do not stop calling. After the first bbb contact the owner at Access said I would be removed from the call system (which is an illegal system) and I was not. I just received another call from ******* on 3/3/23 being pushy and not respecting asked to not be called. I RECORDED THAT CONVERSATION AS WELL. The owner needs to be held accountable for these illegal practices of calling people and not seeing if they are on the *** DO NOT CALL LIST. Last time he said it would stop and it has not!

    We acknowledge receipt of the complaint to our office filed by *****************************. Please note that ******************** was placed on our do not call list. I spoke to ********************** as noted in the complaint and I informed him not to contact ********************** anymore. ******* was also apologetic to ******************** directly after he mistakenly dialed. I have always mentored my staff to provide the utmost respect to future clients and consumers. Please apologize to ********************** and assure him that the matter has been resolved. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because: this is another lie. Last time he wrote the bbb he put that I was on the do not call list and they  are still calling. ******* never apologized, in fact he kept asking if I was still going to call my house. Real estate commission and others are investigating also. Having the utmost respect isnt serial calling people for over a year non stop.
