I hired ********************* company for a shower to bath conversion. The individuals that came out were not licensed plumbers leaving us without a shower for 3 weeks. The job was "complete" but left unsatisfactory glue everywhere, holes it was a sight to see. I have pictures. I called ******* who came out to see what had happened and he felt horrible of how bad it was and had a different non licensed person come out to fix it. Please note while they were changing it water started leaking from my ceiling which he also fixed and stated it wasn't due to a pipe leaking. I signed a contract of $3500 for the job with a 1 year ********* ship warranty. He felt horrible for what had happened and agreed to $2500 for the job. I also have pictures and texts of everything. The shower pipe in the wall that was replaced without my consent now has a slow leak and water is coming through my daughter's room on the wall where the pipe is. I reached out to ************************* who advised he is no Longer in business and he is not responsible for the leak. I reached out to my Mortage lender who advised that is untrue as he still does work to his rental Properties. ************* is in violation of the contract that I signed and still have. I am going to get a family lawyer involved in this matter. I am seeking back my $2500 Or for him to fix the leak and declined both.
