    I ordered online and followed up with an email to customer service. They never responded. They are using false misrepresentation in their online catalogue. I was overcharged for many products but especially the 2 liter Coke bottle that was sent to a friend of mine. It was supposed to be on sale but it didn't go through. Also they added extra money to my online order. Also the real misrepresentation came when I went to the online check out process the system wouldn't allow me to redeem the THANKS promotion which should have been available. The store when called couldn't offer assistance and just 30 minutes ago ***** an employee tried giving me a false email address for customer service. i want the courtesy 10 dollar coupon that should have been available credited to the account on file. Thank you

    Good ********************************* team reviewed your OPD order.  It appears that the promo code THANKS was not entered when the order was placed.  In order to receive the discount, the promo code is required.  I also do not see that the customer reached out to the ************************** team for assistance.  If the customer would like to reach out to us, we would be happy to look into this further.  Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because:  The response from Shoprite isn't appropriate. The site itself had blocked me from entering the THANKS code. I called several stores but will not call their 800 disservice number. I also emailed Shoprite directly at their customer support number. I will Try to forward that email to you ********* thank you.

    this is the second message regardingthis is the second message regarding the delivery conditions in this store it has been going on for so long i don't know where to start i don't get my delivery on time the driver will drop off the order too the wrong address and by the time i get someone to help frozen products are toughed ice cream is melted lats week the drivers were fighting over the order in the store and the delivery department wanted to cancel my order till the next day with my dinner in it after 4 hours later I want some kind of compensation and i don't mean ***** i mean my order for free a matter of fact i like to be called and if i don't answer leave me a voice mail where i can call directly back to who i can talk with this is out of hand help help Date of experience: July 16, 2023

    I visited ShopRite on May 21, 2022. I attempted to make a purchase of $74.63. Their credit system was having issues and I was told my card declined. I proceeded to swipe additional times and even used a different are card but all declined. I then went to investors bank located next door to Shop Rite and withdrew cash. I went back to shop rite and paid for my purchase in cash. On Monday when I checked my accounts I was charged 4 times in my cards. 2 on my debit card and 2 on my credit card. I contacted shop rite and was told everything will be refunded. Shop Rite refunded 1 purchase on the debit card and 1 on the credit card. I am still waiting on the additional charges to be refunded. Its been over a month! I am in of my funds.
